If I could give zero starts I would. The assistant manger was beyond extremely rude. He cussed my boyfriend out in the store for asking a simple question, and another associate claimed to be the district manager. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Another customer was complaining about how she was treated by the assistant manager the same day, and another associate also complained about the assistant manager! GET YOUR PEOPLE IN LINE. Ridiculous that retail associates treat customers like trash. Do not go here!! This company has lost multiple commercial customers because of how they were treated in this store.

So today I was trying to work on my Audi, TT change the spark plugs in the ignition box was in my way and it took a special tool. I asked the old man if he knew what toy it was he said no obviously any mechanic knows there’s always a way so here I am looking at certain tools to see if they work and he came over to me and told me that I am waste my time I just need to leave. I will never come back to this location again. He made me so mad if he was not so old, I was gonna knock his teeth out his throat

Went here to pick up a part that the original store I went to didn't have. Transaction went fine except they seemed like they didn't know what to write down for their own records, which only affected my time there a little and I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint was they didn't offer to help me carry the heavy parts out to my car, but whatever. It's fine.

Will never by a product from this location again. First gave me wrong parts after someone didn't listen or didn't care. Said they would order in the right parts the next day, it took 3 days to get the right parts. Took 2 ubers, 1 wasted, then the last one to finally get the right parts. Worst experience I've ever had with orielly and I've been a customer for a long time. Do not go to US 42 location.
