Went there Sunday to get flea and tick for my dog, they didn’t give me a receipt. Realized it was the wrong one so I went to exchange it first thing Monday. They won’t exchange because I don’t have the receipt. How is it my fault your workers can’t do their job correctly.

Always like PetSmart.. Stopped to get some fish and aquarium stuff.. person grabbing the fish started off with an attitude, but she softened up as we talked.. we all can have our moments. Hope her day got better.

they got a lot of varieties of pet supplies but they are just so expensive and go to Walmart get the same type of dog food cheaper

If I could leave no stars I would. Backstory my son who’s 7 (has learning disabilities and speech problems)went fishing and dad threw back his bluegill. He begged me for a week for a Nemo. So we went to the store and bought a new aquarium and all the accessories $150 worth. We were ready to pick out fish for the tank and a very rude employee proceeded to scream at my child as he was excited and wanted to show him the fish “Excuse Me, Don’t touch me”. My son doesn’t know mean or ugly. He is the sweetest kid in the world. The employee then states he could only sell us 2 fish as its state law only 2 can be sold. As a responsible pet owner that’s what I need to know. Also he tells me, “don’t be surprised if they don’t make it because the angelfish I bought needed a 50 gallon tank. Mind you there are 60 fish being sold in a 10 gallon tank. Pet smart needs to find employees that know customer service and how to deal with the public. I’m sure they get a lot of children in the store. If you have a phobia of being around kids please pick a new profession.
