“We were in the Florence, KY area for my wife’s eye surgery and she realized that she had left one of her medications at home. We called Sam’s Pharmacy and they said they could have it the next morning and gave us their contact info for our Doctor at home to call in the prescription. Savannah and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure they had the prescription and the correct medication by following up with phone calls to our Doctor. We received everything we needed as quickly as possible. Again, we appreciate the efforts by Savannah and Jeff and the Pharmacy Team at Sam’s in Florence.”

“These guys are the best, I was leaving town for a week and needed my blood pressure medication, I thought they closed at 9 but when arriving a few minutes after 8 they were closed. I asked the tech who was closing up if possible to transfer prescription to an open pharmacy and he stopped what he was doing, found my meds and rung me out! What a life saver and the best customer service I've seen in a long time! My misunderstood time management wasn't his problem to shoulder but he helped anyway! 5 stars 5 stars!!!”

“I'm an older male with a special needs son. Retired from military over 20 years ago. There's a pharmacist Kaitlyn that has went above and beyond to help my wife and I get a prescription filled that another CVS location said they never had the product at the last minute and son was out of medication that he requires. See a bad review from an older lady from Destin Florida which is a long ways away from Erlanger. I actually lived in Ft Walton for 12 years and Destin is only a few miles from there. It goes both ways and treat ones with respect and they will normally treat you back with respect. Can't stand ones that think they have plenty of money and everyone should cater to them and they wind up ruining a career of a very hard worker by posting a bad review. Want to take the time to say Thank you for helping us in a rut a couple times in past couple months. Actually the pharmacist was Bex Abbilgale as Kaitlyn was the Doctor from Cincinnati Children Hospital”

“The Kroger Express at Walgreens is a new concept and partnership between the two companies! It's awesome being able to stop into the mini Kroger grocery store and quickly shop! They even have mini grocery carts! You can purchase fresh produce items, meats, dairy, eggs, bread and some of your favorite Kroger brand items and national name brands without having to search for your items in a large store! It's also nice that you don't have to wait in long checkout lines behind someone with a loaded cart! We use Walgreens pharmacy so now we can shop at our favorite grocery store while getting our prescription filled! You can also do Kroger Pickup from the location! The store even has Cincinnati's favorite breakfast meat goetta available for purchase! The butcher block has ground beef, sausages, chicken, pork and other options available! You can also buy Home Chef dinner made easy items here!”

“Such a nice and helpful staff at this CVS! I absolutely love, when I am welcomed the minute I walk into one of these convenience stores. It always happens that I am in a rush every time I go into a CVS store. I came in here looking for a couple things and as soon as I asked the lady at the counter, she quickly directed me on where to look. Once I got to the counter to pay, she was just so sweet and friendly. That's the type of customer serve I absolutely adore. She rang me up and even engaged in brief conversation + even laughed at a joke I told. This store was orderly and items are easy to find. It was located just down the street from the dinner spot my family and I were planning to visit, so this was truly a visit out of convenience.”
