I get great gently used clothes for a reasonable price. They also almost always have some clothes fifty percent off or more. I just got three pairs of jeans and two tops for 13 which were 70 percent off.

This is… not great. They say they take brands like Aerie, American Eagle, Pink by Victoria’s Secret, etc. I had 2 huge bags and a tub filled with that brand that they didn’t even look through. Some still had the retail tags on them because they were never worn. Seriously, I was in the store watching them - didn’t even open the one bag and the other they tore up so bad that I was afraid I was going to lose clothes in the parking lot. Some of the beauty care items they were selling were clearly opened and used - what’s the point in selling a body wash that’s already (obviously) been opened and used…? That’s kind of gross. And the only item of mine they DID WANT was a North Face parka that’s vintage (seriously!) for $5.60. I didn’t expect I’d get much going in but WOW! I laughed and left. I’m giving this review to remind myself not to attempt to return. Why advertise you’ll take those items if you don’t? Just weird and off-putting all around.

I purchased several items from the Florence location, I got home noticed that there was a security device still on a pair of the shorts I purchased. I returned to the store to get the security device taken off and the manager she told me her name was “Mel” was disrespectful from the start and the refused to pull the security tag off. If you purchase anything from this store make sure you look and make sure that they remove any security tags because they will not remove it if you come back. The manager “Mel” is extremely rude and will not help resolve the situation she would rather just give you attitude. Better of to spend your money at another location or a different store completely.

It's so hot and so crowded. They literally went through a bag of new next season items and took a pair of pants from Kmart that were accidentally placed in there. New shoes, new purses (used once or twice), totally looked over.

It’s sadly more common to have disinterested or impersonal customer service. My husband and I rarely get a smile let alone a curious question to make sure we found everything we needed. My husband asked Alyssa about a discount on some pants that were missing a button and she checked real quick resulting in a nice discount. Please let her know how refreshing it was to have kind customer service and thank you for hiring employees that care enough to make polite conversation.
