INSULATION FALLING IN ALL UNITS
We noticed insulation had started falling on our belongings. We put in a complaint and was called by the manager the next day, we were told “all I can do is give you some painters plastic to put on your stuff” we asked for a different unit and he said this was happening in every unit. This is absolutely disgusting and they put no effort into fixing it! There’s plenty of storage facilities in the area, I highly recommend you find a different one.

I recently rented a unit at the Public Storage on Tanners Lane in Florence, KY, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The self-serve kiosk made move-in a breeze—no waiting in line or paperwork hassles. Rates are very competitive, and the transparent pricing meant no surprise fees. With drive-up units it’s easy to get in and out whenever I need, and the central location off Houston Road is super convenient. Highly recommend!

Easiest rental process I’ve ever had!
Units are clean and affordable, property manager is friendly and welcoming and gave me a welcome call to make sure I always had contact info for someone I could reach in case of issues, couldn’t ask for more!
