UPDATE: I don’t recommend storing a vehicle here. People park in the wrong spots regularly leaving others to fend for themselves. When I was looking for spots, I mentioned that a specific spot would be perfect because it was easy to get my fifth wheel in and out of, but it was already taken. I was told by the employee that somebody parked a boat there and it wasn’t even their spot and they can’t get in touch with him to move it so the person who spot it belongs to Ended up parking there vehicle somewhere else. Well, guess what, the same thing happened to me. After a week of camping, I returned home on a Saturday to find that somebody had parked a utility trailer in my spot. I guess I could’ve taken another open spot and put somebody else in the same position, but that would not be the right thing to do… So I scrambled to find a spot to park my vehicle for a few days. Perhaps I could’ve sorted it out with someone in the office… If someone had been in the office. Or if someone had bothered to pick up the phone. I’d actually been calling them for several hours prior to my arrival and kept getting the voicemail.
Customer service is great. James in the office is fantastic and helped me facilitate a spot move for my RV. I can’t give the place 5* though because the parking is very difficult and not well graded. The spot I rented was too tight to back into due to the position of the building so I moved to another spot which is only going to work if the people on both sides of me park as deep as my - leaving room to pull out without scraping the sides against their units…it’s just too close to the building in front of us ptherwise.
