Offered $200 for a $1,100 Setup — No Thanks
I brought in my nearly brand-new 11-inch OLED iPad Pro with the M4 chip (retails around $1,000) plus the Apple Pencil Pro ($130), both in excellent condition. Quick Cash offered me $200 for everything. That’s less than 20% of what it’s worth new. I understand they need to profit, but this was borderline disrespectful. If you’re trying to get anywhere near fair value for your tech, I’d suggest selling elsewhere.

I wouldn’t even give them a star but I had to to leave a review but first off there’s no friendly staff anywhere within that building that chick that “helped” us was rude right off the start I went in to see if I could pawn my apple laptop which I bought it without a charger and they said they would have to have the charger with it. So I guess if you are going to pawn something make sure you still have everything that is supposed to come with it

Usually have no issues at this location. Went to pick up my items today at 3:45, the location and Google both say open till 5, I arrive and store is closed with lights and open sign on.

Me and my husband went in and the people here wasn't really all that friendly they looked at us like we shouldn't be in there I mostly likely won't go back there

Went there after needing some quick cash to catch up on a few bills. Offered me twice as much as stringtown for my contractor grade power tools and the entire staff were super professional and very quick. Plus the store is super nice and organized. Will definitely be using them again!

Used to use this shop exclusively but looks like staff has changed over the years and now customer service is as low as it can be, you feel unwanted as soon as you park. They hire young men and women who are just trained to lowball who have no real knowledge of what they are dealing with, especially musical instruments. I took over an ounce of 14k to them to scrap and they offered 550, i got a good laugh and went to Cleves and Lonnemans and got spot price for the gold. Absolute joke. I recommend stringtown pawn in Florence to anyone needing an alternative. Can’t wait to see quick cash go out of business.
