Customer service wasn’t great. Came in with my family and there was a little bit of a wait no big deal. However, I was asked to give my spot up that I had waited for to another vehicle that had shown up much later than I had with no explanation. Definitely makes you feel like you don’t mean anything to the business I won’t be using them again.

I’ve been relatively annoyed with oil places recently and decided to give this a try. It was nice not to be railed for extra services. I know I need them but I have to budget things slowly and it’s nice not to be pressured. Guys were very friendly and fast. Weren’t annoyed at all by my lack of attention span when I got an emergency call. Spent about how much I expected to spend and will be back next time.

Very pleased with my first experience at Take 5. The young man that headed up my oil change was very good! He was actually the store manager, Dylan Talbott.He was very pleasant and informative. Being almost 70, I rely on young men like this one to take care of my truck. Dylan made me feel at ease and confident about his work as I have had some real bad experiences with other oil change companies. I will be going there from now on! Thank you.

Took along time. Apparently the pit guy was new. Had to get help just opening the oil cap. Couldn't fine the oil filter. When he took off the skid plat he didn't put all the bolts back in. Missing two. Now I have to purchase two bolts from the dealer. Did not clean up the oil that spilled on the motor.
