When in for just an oil change and the Place smelled like weed. The young guy changing my oil kept asking the other guy what to do. My car is not your guinea pig experiment. The young guy kept saying oil was leaking after the oil change was done. I had to go straight home and double check everything. I will not be back to this location ever again.

I love coming here. The guys are always so polite. I feel they tell me what I need for my cars without a heavy pressure to buy what I don't need. They always get me through as quickly and efficiently as possible. I tell everyone who says they need an oil change to come here.

Very friendly and professional staff, especially Aleisha and Jayden! Very knowledgeable, explained things well, didn’t try to upcharge me on anything unnecessary, respectful if I said I wasn’t interested in further services. They didn’t have the specific wipers for my car, and apologized profusely for it and even asked if they could take a picture of my windshield wiper arm so they could send it to their manager to order supplies for next time and future customers. They had my cabin air filter out of stock at their location, but took it on themselves to contact another nearby location and had an employee drive it over to them so I could get it replaced in the same visit while they were working on the oil change; they even were respectful and considerate enough to check their inventory before they started the oil change so they could contact the other location while the oil change was happening so I didn’t have to wait any extra length of time on them. The overall experience definitely did not take 10 minutes, but I almost didn’t mind because they were so helpful and kind and accommodating. Aleisha even made sure to help me reset my dashboard notifications, and went the extra mile by looking up a YouTube video when she didn’t know how to either so she could make sure I had it fixed. Would definitely go back there next time!

JC was very polite and helpful. Jayden did a great job on the oil change. I’ve been going to Take 5 for a while now and will continue to get my oil changes there. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. JC took the time to get all of my info correct so I will receive coupons for the next time.

The people working there were so nice. They didn’t try to add a bunch of services that I didn’t need or want. She told me to come back anytime before 3,000 miles and she would check my tires and fluid levels and add for free if needed. This included washer fluid and oil. I am definitely going back. Oh, also they gave both of us a free bottle of water. Great place… great service

I was not told about the 6.99 charge for an oil filter or the 5.99 charge for driving in their garage. I will not go back their.
