Big Red saved the day! Our old washer of 10 years died on us and as a large family we needed to find one quickly and for a great price. We had a wonderful experience. James and Jacob helped us on the sales floor, working together to help find exactly what we were looking for. We saved $200 more than the 3 previous stores we had visited. We also were able to pick up our new washer and dryer set same day! We will definitely return for future appliance purchases and we love knowing we’re supporting a family owned business.

Excellent service. Salesperson was informative without being pushy. Got a great deal on a new washer and dryer and they loaded it in my truck for me same day. I will be back for any future appliance or mattress needs. Highly recommend ?

Got a great deal on my new appliances for my rental property and while I was in there decided to get a new mattress for me and the wife. Great customer service and I got a super good deal. Cheaper than anywhere I looked..

We purchased previously at the Milford, Ohio location based on a friend’s recommendation. Today we got a washer and dryer several hundred dollars cheaper than all the stores in the Florence area. Jakob, the owners son, answered all our questions, and provided excellent service. Family owned business that actually treats you like family. Will be back to buy a new mattress in the future. Highly recommend.

Having visited their store in Milford once in the past, I knew I could expect the same level of service, expertise, and selection. The new Florence store did not disappoint. I was able to walk in, purchase, and schedule a delivery for my new mattress at a great price! Next up....that new fridge I've been eying! Highly recommend you stop in!

Big Red blew me away with the amount of Mattress choices they offered having being newly opened. And in the end, I was able to walk away with the mattress I wanted, at a heavily discounted price! Everyone was super helpful and went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. 10/10 from me Big Red!!!

Love this store! The option of buying an open box item in a package was perfect for us—-allowed us to have the best deal we could find anywhere on a whole set of appliances for our new house. They were great to deal with—highly recommend.
