Awesome and friendly staff. They helped me find the perfect boot to fit my foot. I bought the Traction Tred 2415 and it's the most comfortable work boot I've owned. This will be the only place I come to buy work boots.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the Florence, KY Red Wing store. I purchased a pair of Worx boots, and within just a few days of normal use, the toe area began to break down. When I returned to the store hoping for a refund or exchange, I was told there was nothing they could do because “comfort issues” aren’t covered—despite the boots already showing visible wear after less than a week. Instead of being offered a reasonable solution, I was pressured into leaving the boots to be stretched, which does nothing to fix the real issue: poor durability.
Warning to other customers: Many of the Red Wing and Worx lines sold here do not carry warranties like you would expect from a brand known for quality. I learned the hard way that if the boots fall apart early or don’t hold up, you may be stuck with them. Very frustrating experience, and I’ll be buying my work boots elsewhere from now on.

I got my work boots from Red Wing. I got what the call Irish setters and they ate the most comfortable shoe or boot ive ever worn. My back and my feet no longer hurt after work. It's like walking on air

Very disappointed in this store today. My husband knew that the store did not have the heritage blacksmiths in store, however went in to get his size checked and place an order through you to support local. The women working was rude and very unhelpful. She claimed the boots were not available in wides. Well, we just finished purchasing the blacksmith heritage boots on the offical red wing website in wides.
We will not support this store again for her rude behavior towards a buying customer.
