Regal Rexnord is a great place to work with a laid-back atmosphere and competitive pay. The employees are friendly and go beyond to help each other. The receptionist is kind and helpful, but the docks are a bit tight, and night parking is limited. As a driver, the new shipping window has been an issue, as it requires standing outside to sign paperwork, which can be inconvenient. Overall, Regal Rexnord offers a positive work environment, though some logistical challenges may exist for certain roles.

great place to work, sadly i had to be let go for reasons. which jobs should ay something bout if it actually happens, not everyone can be able to make it.
