Today is the first time in my 58 years that I go to a grocery store and cannot find a checkout that is open because they do not have a cashier. Thanks for wasting my time.

The plus to this store is it is never busy so it is always a quick in and out. The customer service is meh. The workers appear very uninterested in their customers. The appalling thing about the store aside from the ridiculously high prices is the number of products on there shelves that are expired. Peanut butter that expired 6 months ago. Honey on the shelf that has crystallized. Multiple brands and at least 15 bottles. This has been an ongoing problem and quite frankly despicable. I would think the employees I have noticed standing around could monitor this better. Shameful way to conduct a business.

They are the only NKY store with quart size CF Burger half-and-half. Price is cheaper per ounce than the pints sold at all the other stores.

I live several miles away from the Florence Remke. If I'm in the area and heading home, I stop in to pick up whatever I need because the store is impeccably clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Found a medium-size turkey there last year when the stores close to me had only large...about 4 days before Thanksgiving.

Birds flying through the store! Deli covers their pasta salad and whatever else in there with looks like wax paper,just throne over it. Ceiling tiles are drenched in junk some are missing. Buckets of water waste from Ceiling leaking close to deli. Homeless people sleeping on cots down from store. This place needs a major change! Florence should be ashamed!

Very nice and clean! Very well stocked in a very orderly way! Definitely shopping here more often and kinda upset there's not any locations in the Louisville area

Was in the Deli department and the person waiting on me was very rude her name was Sharon i have made a formal complaint and i contacted corporate office i plan on shopping elsewhere even though i have shopped there for years.

Quick shopping. Has everything I need to put a dinner together such as my "Hunky" sausage & sour kraut and my American Goulash. Employees are very helpful, especially behind the meat counter.

My kind of grocery store. I go here weekly. Never crowded and very convenient for me. The deli is nice and fast to help you. Parking is plentiful. Staff are very nice. Nice selection of beer. I drink Stella Artois and Rhinegeist cheeta and they always have plenty. May be a tiny bit more expensive (says my Wife anyway) but to me, well worth it. I'm in and out with what I came for!

Was given a $25 voucher and was going to use it to help a couple other old ladies that really really needed it and they would not honor it because it had a coffee stain on it all of the words were legible and readable even said so but they just didn't like it

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES. just finished a grocery run and over half the food was expired, stale, and overpriced at that. shop somewhere else if you can.
