This was our second visit to Safelite for a window replacement. The first time was for rock damage to a windshield on our months old new car. This time it was because some clowny kids decided to smash the rear passenger side window in my truck. Our customer service was great both times. On the first visit they were able to get the OEM windshield approved by insurance since the vehicle was “new”. This second visit they made sure they had the correct replacement window and the installation was completed quickly. I received text message status which helped us plan for picking up the vehicle. They did a great job.

Fantastic service, kinda disappointed that my issue didn't get taken care of on my initial visit, however, was able to get an appt the very next day to do a replacement and tbh it didn't take as long as I thought I would. Thanks again.

Horrible customer service. Employees drive like crazy people. Had a safelite guy in a company truck tailgate me with my three kids in the car. PKP 1735 Ohio license plate. You can’t get a hold of anyone to report it to. Do not recommend their service.

Their scheduling was not accommodating nor clear on pick up details once a schedule was agreed upon. Work was done well, the administration was poor.

Had appointment for 8-10 am. Around 10:30, no one had shown so I called to get update. After going through prompt, rang couple times then silence. Contacted agent who said they would get in touch with them. I tried another phone number I found for Safelite . Safelite agent put me on hold to get update. Gave up after 15 minutes. My agent called back and said tech was in Ghent, KY. That’s over an hour away. Agent also said the Safelite rep she spoke with was matter-of-fact, no apologies. It’s after 11:30 am and still haven’t heard anything. Going to go to American Autoglass and I recommend you do too!

Great service appointment was at 1 arrived @ 12:30 said it would take an hour. 30 minutes later they called saying car was done

Horrible service. Tech never showed up even after several calls and no one can answer why. And no other technician is available. Can’t communicate with actual facility. You get routed to another state that cannot help you so you have to play telephone tag.

They will only work through the website. You cannot talk with a live person. The website didn't Include my 2024 year and model. Again, you cannot talk with a live person when the website is incorrect

I had a shattered back window in September 2022 Glas was left in my floorboards they damaged thp window motor and left plastic on the window to hold it in place here it is June 2023 and they still have not fixed it horrible place and it gives safeties a bad name

Very professional, great service and results. Have been twice in a couple of months for cracked windshields. First was a repair, second a replacement. Unrelated events caused the cracks. Both were done extremely well and timely.

I tried having a window other than a windshield replaced on my car. I set up an appointment. They call me the morning of inform me they haven't gotten the glass yet and they rescheduled my appointment. Nbd things happen.That second appointment gets rescheduled 5 minutes till the end of the no heads up. I call to find out what happened and they don't have the glass still. I complain they promise a credit and reschedule again.They call me in the morning saying they still don't have the glass but they're trying. I call three days later to get an update and am informed they never ordered my glass and my service appointment was cancelled. Absolutely rediculous. And I'm still waiting on my refund.
