Horrible customer service, really rude. Went in to purchase hair brush and strip lashes and refused to sell and kicked me out because i wasn’t a licensed hair dresser.

Went in to grab semipermanent hair dye and they said we can’t purchase anything from their store unless we’re licensed hair dressers. Absolutely ridiculous- and they’re just losing business considering they sell tons of regular items like strip lashes, shampoo, and hair brushes.

After going here I will not go back to cosmo prof the girls here were not snooty and were very helpful and awnsered all my questions ! She even followed me around and gave me helpful recommendations! will only go here for now on!!

The people who work here are always friendly, kind and always offer to help. The store is always well stocked, very clean and has a variety of product lines.

Take the reviews seriously. Everytime I looked up to ask how much a product was she was staring at me. It made me feel funny. I couldnt get out of there fast enough! Will go to Ohio from now on, they dont give you the stink eye!

Very deceiving salon centric location! They don’t have prices displayed for anything & top of that, their price for everything is $2-5 extra compared to the Ohio locations… and they don’t tell you that. You’ll waste about $20 if you come here. Use a fraction of that $20 and take the time to take yourself to any of the Ohio locations. Probably won’t be coming to this location anymore!

Great experience, the customer service was great. I just really don’t like that they don’t display their pricing. I don’t understand how you’re suppose to keep to a work budget for the week if you can’t calculate your order as you’re grabbing what you need… it’s annoying to have to ask every 5 seconds how much things cost.

I’ve been licensed for over 2 years and have been in numerous salon supply house stores. NEVER have I felt like I was being followed around a store until today. The staff was nice but came off as if I either wasn’t licensed or was stealing. Not to mention there was a $3 price difference between the site and their store. The store itself has no pricing listed and well now I know why. I’ll just make the trip to Ohio next time.
