Based on the reviews, Sears Appliance Repair has professional and honest technicians. The technicians are nice, helpful, and informative. They take time to access and program a Nest thermostat. They diagnose the issue and give pricing and the option to fix it yourself. One technician found the problem with a dishwasher in a very short time. Another technician was great at finding what was wrong with an air conditioner. However, one dishwasher did not get fixed, and Sears no longer sells or installs new dishwashers, so the service charge could not be applied to a new purchase. The service comes with a workmanship guarantee.
