If you want to return an item that you are gifted don't bother unless you have the receipt !!! She didn't even give me an option to use a phone number to look up the order !!!!The employees here are too snobby !!! I will stick to Ulta for sure . You are not greeted when you come in and if you need help there is only 2 ppl working so if they are busy you're out of luck !!! I'm stuck with 2 Charlotte Tilbury items that don't match me now !!!

I go to sephora frequently. Used my credit card and then had a sephora in the United Kingdom hack my card and used my card 18 times. SEPHORAS STORE DOES NOT KEEP YOUR CARD INFORMATION SECURE!. Thank god the bank caught it and gave my money back.

The lady literally followed me through every isle while I was shopping and was right behind me on my way to the register. So embarrassing being dark skinned shopping with my son. I know they have headphones to talk with security if I’m going to steal let me steal then call the police but to watch me as bad as they did was unacceptable and very uncomfortable. I usually go to the one at crestview I guess they are more use to seeing a variety of skin tones because they greet you and let you shop but they closed an hour earlier than this location. Won’t be returning.

I had to return some items from Amazon. The worker was very helpful and nice. I think her name was Victoria. Even though she had a long line, she took the time to help me set up the return on my phone.

We have been shopping at Kohls for years but that is quickly coming to an end. We can no longer trust their shipping as a huge percentage of those orders never make it to our home, and we still get charged ... with no refund or help ever offered. Now we find we can no longer trust their pick up process ... 3 stores and we are still unable to get items ordered and showing in stock. The fact that the order was processed and we weren't notified of missing items until basically the time of pick up is insane.. and a HORRIBLE business practice. The fact that this happened TWICE in the same day is ridiculous... As far as I'm concerned other stores are quick becoming my go to.
