We bought a brand new Wrangler 6 months ago, and just had our first scheduled service. Brook couldn’t have made the experience simpler or easier. She was accommodating to reschedule us earlier due to upcoming bad weather. Once we arrived we’re were promptly greeted by multiple employees and all were very friendly. The facility is super clean, I noticed even the large glass garage door was spotless. This attention to detail tells me they treat my Jeep with care and respect. While we waited, Max, the salesman who sold us our Jeep came over to say hi and chat a bit. Super nice guy I’ll gladly do business with again. The entire Zimmer experience has been 5 stars!

My trip there took them 4 weeks to fix my truck. I needed my rear differential replaced with warranty. They said my rear E brakes were loose when they started working on it, which is ironic because my E brake worked fine prior to them working on my truck. Now my air front air ride suspension sags all the way down when the truck is parked over night, it previously never did that. They also replaced a control arm on the drivers front which they did not tell me about and that is the side my airbag seems to not work properly. I have tried to make a claim with them when picking up my truck and they said their managers were in a meeting and that the HR person would call me for a claim . They havent called me . This place does shady businesses

Scott B is excellent here but the excellence stops here for the service department. We scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation. They decided the tire tread was the same so need to rotate, didn’t reset our oil life not made a sticker. However, we paid for all services!

We took Our car in and they had it several days. We paid about $2,400 to fix a gasket. We drive it just they night and the next day and the engine light is on and we can smell Something is off. They said they can’t see us til Monday. They suggested the $2,400 fix and told us it was worth it over buying something new! I’m so upset!

A couple of months ago while my jeep was in for maintenance, I asked them to rotate the tires. I specifically requested multiple times for them to rotate in the spare. They did not, but I let that go. Three months later, when I went to change a tire, I snapped a lug nut and broke a breaker bar trying to get the lug nuts off. When I took it back to the dealership because it was clearly not torqued properly to spec, they refused to cover it and charged me to fix it. It says something when you can’t trust a dealership to rotate tires or cover clearly out of spec work. I’ll be finding a new service center. Two stars because they seemed to do great work in the past, but I’m now questioning it, since something as simple as a tire rotation was done incorrectly.Edit: Took it down to one star because I just picked up my Jeep and after once again asking that the spare be rotated in, and being assured my a representative that the spare would be rotated in. It was not.

I turned in my Ram at 9am on Nov. 3 and was told if truck was not ready that very day would the next day Nov. 4 be okay. I said yes but please stay in touch because I have to reserve a ride to come pick it up. I scheduled a ride for both Friday with no call from Zimmer and rescheduled a ride for Sat. Still no call on Sat so 2 hours before closing I called 3 times with no answer. So I called sales and asked them to take a note to someone in service to call me because I had been previously informed my truck would be ready. Still no call. So twice I had to cancel my ride to pick up the truck. Still no call on Monday until I finally got a call back telling me my truck should be ready Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told it would be ready Wednesday which it finally was. I believe my truck was put on the back burner and in turn was thoughtlessly not contacted. So instead of waiting as told 1 1/2 days it took 5 1/2 days with a total of 8 phone calls and 5 of those calls from me getting no one in service during working hours. I am very disappointed in my service or lack there of. I know your busy and maybe short handed but communication works wonders with customers. So in conclusion this was a miserable experience with Zimmer where I bought this truck new.

I took my vehicle in for service on an appointment that I waited a week to get. Once they took the vehicle, it took over 2 weeks to get a diagnosis. Communication was poor to begin with, then stopped all together. After repeated unreturned messages to my service advisor Bryan Beschman, I left a message with the service manager Tesara Short that also went unreturned. I finally resorted to going in person to the dealership. They were unapologetic and blamed it on a tech being out sick. I also emailed the dealership GM Lorenzo Serrano to let him know of my experience, and he didn’t bother to reply. Absolutely horrible customer service across the board.

Dropped my Jeep Cherokee off Monday the 27th. The PTU is out and they had to order it. They told me it would take a week to get in. I asked for a courtesy car and was informed they did not have any available. I called on Wednesday the 29th and was informed the part was in but they could not service the car until the 6th of December. I asked about a courtesy car again. The service guy told me to call back on Tuesday to see if they have anything available. I told him I am leaving for vacation on the 8th and I asked if they could get it done any sooner. He told me no. I need my car and when I purchased it from Zimmer i was only doing so because of how good they used to be. Seems like they have gone down hill since I purchased my car. I am not sure if I will purchase my next car from them based off of how long it is taking to get my car fixed under warranty.

I had am 8:30 appointments this morning to get the oil changed and rotate the tires. I got there about 8:15 and checked in. I did not hear another word until 11:00 when someone told me they were just finishing it up( 2.5 hours later). I finally got the car at 1:00. 4.5 hours is not acceptable for an oil change and rotate tires. I would like to use the dealership I bought the car from but I cannot spend 4.5 hours to get the oil changed.

The communication from the service advisor was excellent. He explained the diagnosis and my options thoroughly. This allowed me to make the best informed decision. When the work was done they made sure to schedule it so that I was without my car for only 1 day.

I took my truck in for a rear differential replacement with warranty. They called me twice about two different issues saying my Ebrakes aren’t working and my air ride isn’t working. Both worked fine before the service here. I tried to make a claim for the damage they caused and they told me their managers and GM were in a meeting . They said that the HR department would call me about this claim. Haven’t heard a word and they are trying to sweep it under the rug. This service department is a joke. They had my truck for 4 weeks for a 6 hour job .

From a service perspective, work on my vehicle is generally done very well. On the communication side from the service department is not strong. Often you do not hear back when you were told you would, misinformation is provided at times, leave many voicemails with no callbacks, etc etc. I understand these folks (and Zimmer) are busy, however it makes me not want to do business with them. I have wasted so much time/days leaving my vehicle due to lack of communication and incorrect communication.

Horrible customer service. Avoid their service department at all costs. RAM makes a decent product, but I would go anywhere but here to buy or service the vehicle.

Dropped my car off Sunday night for a 10:30 Monday morning appointment. Just wanted an oil change and tire rotation, and I do have a burning smell when I turn the heat on. They called late on Monday to let me know that there’s an oil leak, brake pads are bad and the rotors are so bad and I shouldn’t drive it off the lot. They were going to email me a quote for the repairs on Tuesday after they locate the oil leak. Tried calling all day Tuesday and left several messages with no one responding. Called Wednesday morning once and afternoon once and no answer again or email. Showed up to Zimmer Wednesday after work and the rotors appear to be fine and there is more brake pad left than she explained. She also said there’s no oil leak and they are waiting on a bad sensor module for the A/C unit. They appeared to have lost my keys and I had to wait a 1/2 hour for them to find them. I’ve taken my car for now, but I leased it through this dealership and I’m not sure I can rely on them anymore.Services: Tire rotations
