We picked out a pair of converse that had 2 other colors beside them and all three had a piece of paper attached to display that said “was 59.99 now 41.99”. We check out and right before getting receipt I realize she said $60+. I brought up the sales sign. Another worker chimes in and says they are $60 we will need to check. So I showed them the sign, she read all 3 signs and tore them down and suddenly determined they were definitely $60. After simply stating that seemed to be false advertisement (already purchased the shoes and was getting kids to leave) she takes the box and slams it down and starts arguing what false advertisement is and that it wasn’t and flinging arms with the sale signs. I gathered the children and left to deescalate the situation. She screams to the other worker “it already charged her card” so I turned around embarrassed at this behavior and got a full return. Her disrespect in front of my children and other shoppers and employees was completely unnecessary when the purchase was already complete and was simply showing the sign. I never once asked for the discounted price or stated anything towards the workers. Very disappointed with this customer service.

Good shoes at a good price. Lady at checkout was very nice. Not where you would go for the latest fashions or the current trendy name brands, but 5-stars for affordable shoe store.

I rarely give bad reviews but during the holiday season, warning other shoppers about the return practice of this store is necessary. My daughter and I bought a pair of shoes for her boyfriend for Christmas. Luckily she decided to give them to him early. Long story short they were not the right shoes so we had to make a return. My daughter took them and the receipt to the store but was unable to return them because they require the exact credit card that you purchased them with, to be present to return the shoes, even though we had a receipt. So a second trip was required by me to return the shoes with my credit card present. Ridiculous! Thanks for wasting my time and gas money. We will think twice before purchasing gifts here unless we have the human foot with us next time or not return at all.

I feel very bad when I saw the lady on billing counter not treating every customers same. She is so rude. I was waiting in line with my kid more than 15mint but she gave priority to other customer I think becoz she thought I m not American. very rude.

I had an unpleasant experience at the store today. First of all, even though I had my toddler carried waiting for the 1st cashier (lady), the 2nd cashier (another lady) never called me and once she was available she allowed other person to skip the line, so I had to wait around 10 mins. Once it was my turn, my little one was wearing the boots we wanted to buy, the cashier wanted to check the size and my daughter would cry if we try to remove it. Anyway, we tried to hold her so the cashier can check the sizes of the boots, but she clearly was not patient enough and we had to remove the boots. Little one was crying, and when I wanted to provide my phone number for the loyalty program, she input any number with error, so I had to ask her to try again, and she said she could not hear me with all the noise from my little one, clearly because she did not want to do it again. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store, because clearly the cashier's do not like to work there at all, they have poor customer service, they don't know how to handle families with kids, neither patience, staff is rude.

Theres only two ladies in the cashier working with a bad service not Helping the customers, They looks angry and unprofesional Thats in florence mall..North Kentucky...i would never go in there any more and i will share this with my thousands of followers in Tik Tok Facebook and instagram.....

Bought 4 pair of shoes for $100. Shoes for the whole family. Great sale. $35 for my husband shoes, $35 for my daughter's boots, $20 for my boots, and they had short boots on sale for $9 that I also bought. $99 total before tax. Cant beat that, really. The quality was very good.

It was well maintained had a lot of different shoes to pick from it was a little high for my taste but I guess if you really needing a good sturdy good pair of shoes sometimes it's worth paying a little extra for but you got to remember the choices between paying extra for shoes or extra for their rent on that building
