The associate that assisted me in the store was great. The part that is frustrating-I’m still waiting on part of my order(sheet set). I understand ithe sheets are a new product but if they’re not available to be shipped within the expected couple of business days, why have them on the web?

My bed has not been delivered yet. However, John Wood ( at the Florence ky store) was very patient and helpful in explaining the mattresses and how they work. Along with the decision as to which mattress would be best for my needs. If the mattress is as helpful as John then all my back and neck issues will be gone.

The bed is good as well as the salesman, John. Customer service is a joke. bought a bed a few weeks ago and it was delivered last week. It was not John’s fault but I assumed I needed to replace my bed frame so I purchased one. When the delivery people were here he said I really didn’t need the frame and I could return it to the store for a credit. I’m not sure if he just didn’t want to put it together or didn’t know what he was talking about but you can’t return it to the store. It’s sitting in my hall as we speak and it is too heavy to move.
I spent over an hour on the phone with Customer Service and they said there on notes on the account saying anything about the frame. Long story short they are going to charge me $250 to come out to get the $300 frame. Facebook Marketplace here we come I guess.
I had been talking to my mom about buying a Sleep Number Bed and almost had her convinced but hard pass on that . We will look in to other options.

I went in yesterday during Presidents Day sale, Barry helped me and although they were pretty busy I never felt rushed, had all of my many, many questions answered. My husband was at work when I went, I left with a quote and was going to call back to complete the order. However, since this was a pretty big purchase and well….the future of our sleeping I wanted my husband to see for himself. The both of us went back later in the evening, Barry again took the time to start the process at square one so my husband felt comfortable in the decision also. All together he spent about 3 hours on our process (if not a little more because he actually sent me several more quotes as I requested to see different options, each taking his time.)
This is long winded I’m aware but I believe that good reviews should carry as much weight as bad. It’s easier to “complain” than to praise it seems and I just wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to share our good experience in the store with Barry. We purchased our first Sleep Number, we’re impatiently awaiting its arrival and looking forward to the sleep we’re hoping to get!
All in all if you’re on the fence, go into the store and talk to Barry he will explain things and answer all questions. I can’t speak to the bed itself aside from the experience in the store and that little time, it takes me 30 min to an hour to fall asleep now on my current mattress and while test driving at the store lol I was relaxed enough to want a nap right then and there.
We went with the iLE Flex Top King and think it’ll be perfect for our needs!

I'm just here to recognize John Wood for his exceptional service and all the time he spent answering all of our questions. If we end up in the local area then we are definitely coming back here! Until then, we're thankful for the superb pillows we bought today!

Buyer Beware: if you finance with the bank they sneak in a $500 fee
Unfortunately, the sales team here took advantage and didn’t lay out all of the fees etc. so if we didn’t notice on the contract ourselves, we would have never known.
