Good price had to wait on parts

I bought an exhaust part here, had some issues with fitment & the welds on it, due to myself being cheap. They did not give me any hassle about returning, matter fact even went out of their way to order me a different unit same part # from Ohio to see if that would work. I used to work in a shop as a tech, so I know that they sell solid parts & tools with a wide variety. If they don't have what you need, they can get stuff from other locations pretty fast. I'll be using them again & next time will invest in a slightly higher tier exhaust brand. That part was on me. Thanks guys!

Skip out on Smyth unless you like to be jerked around. Trying to find paint for my car and visited the Florence location. On arrival I was told that the employee who works in the paint department is it on a irregular schedule and gone until next week. One of the employees called the manager to find a solution. The manager then called me in the morning the next day to inform me they didn't have the right toner and I needed to go to the Carmel location. I called the Carmel location in advance as a courtesy so they may start mixing the paint prior to my arrival. The manager stated that that was outside of their policy and that they had stopped mixing paint for the day. This was 20-15 minutes prior to close and I was told that I should have "showed up on time" and "there are other people that I've been waiting here for 20 minutes" like being understaffed is my problem. Nowhere on the website does it mention anything about cutoff times for mixing paint. All around poor customer service.
