Alignment Service - Stop by to get alignment service done on steer axle. A tech was still in training, so billed for standard service and then 1.5 hrs on top of that. Left very upset and ripped off but contacted TA customer service and Kelly (GM) called back a few days later and we had a good productive conversation and reached a resolution.
Misunderstandings are not the end, they are just a step on a path of life, how misunderstandings are resolved is what defines companies and people that work for and within those companies. Thank you Kelly, you have done what few are willing to do (call and discuss the issues that patrons run into) and because of your willingness to do so, I will return again and encourage many others that read these reviews to do the same.
I was abrasive in my review and I do apologize. We will gladly do business again.

Stay away from this place. They towed a truck for illegal parking when they had no signs or gates saying that they couldn't park there. They are a waste of time and not worth it find some place else to go before they screw you over too

I want to take a minute to write this comment and thank Mandy for helping my friend and I out. We were passing by driving to Detroit. Our car broke down at the gas station over there and she took her time to help us out to have our car back running. She really is the best!

I don't knw where I start security guys are mean rude call me cops with no reason after he told me move which I already start moving the worst is he was giving his buddy for the space he move from me that is not good for TA business the owner better check and monitor what is going on the lot we are human and deserve respect. ? I never been treated like that I don't know what he told the cops but I wonder why the cop said u trespassing thy don't want u come back here or you get arrested for what just come to fuel over $500 and get two hour rest ? is that trespassing man give me break ....

This was one of my worst experiences at TA. I paid for a spot, and wound up parking behind an out of service fuel pump. The "porter" allowed me to park there, after i had circled the lot for an hour looking for a spot.
I called the fuel desk to find out if anyone was doing yard checks. The fuel desk would not answer, so I called the truck service counter. They told me there was someone working the yard. This was untrue. The porter said the security person had called off.
A point in favor: the day shift manager (9/9/24) was able to refund my parking. She was very helpful and listened to my concerns. She also told me the "porter" was the one that was supposed to be moving unpaid trucks out of reserved spots. If I could give her 5* I would. If I could give the night crew 0* I would.

The mechanic, Connor, was pretty straight: diagnosed the problem, offered first to check if we were covered by the warranty and then proceeded to fix it. Lori is a very pleasant lady!

This one has a RIDICULOUS amount of reserved parking they beat on the door even when the there is no label on the concrete for reserved parking ... I'm glad I started filling up at loves after all the wasted years at TA/Petro all the locations have careless owners and 75% of the locations are run down dumps...

My review is as an ex employee. I was a porter until yesterday. That is a hard job customers are mean but that's not why I quit. Porters clean showers bathrooms floors pull trash and generally get treated like crap. I do have to say Tawana one of the managers should get 5 stars on her own because she respects all her employees and treats them as such. No one else does pre covid I was in marketing but after I took whatever jobs to support my family but I can't stay at a job where I honestly feel like a low life. Those that put in constant effort are treated no different then those that don't. One of the managers actually told me I had no right as a porter to make suggestions to help with customer service up front and the security guard contracted for store treated me like a criminal. I needed the job and the money but I can't work somewhere while my spirit is getting crushed on a daily basis.
