Bill at Florence Store#10 is great! I've been buying my tires from him for probably 20yrs. Every time we talk he listens to my concerns, confirms my vehicle and offers options to me. When their day is full Bill and his team find a way to get me on the road again. Listen people, tires are expensive and guess what- I don't shop around. Bill is the reason for that no question.

The best car service in Florence! I called multiple places with no answer or a super long wait. When I called here, the manager answered and said they would work in a tire patch and try to be fast.
Once I got there, it took less than an hour and they had a kids area. Highly recommend them over all other locations!

I walked in just wanting to get my tire pressure checked and get air in them . I was in there for 10/15 minutes no help whatsoever ! I wasn’t even asked what I needed help with or anything so if you need tires checked or filled with air or even in a hurry and need something along them lines DONT ! Come here ! Very rude , disrespectful and unprofessional!

These guys did a great job. I feel like they were honest and thorough. As a woman, it's hard to find a mechanic that you feel comfortable with but I felt confident in them. However, there was one older gentleman who showed up at the counter and felt he was entitled to yell personal questions at my 21 year old daughter and then chastise her for not "looking at her elders when they're talking to her", despite the fact that she was busy paying for her service. She didn't know him and owed him no answers about her age or where she works.

Stopped in today to hopefully get air in a tire. Keith helped me with adding air to my low tire and let me know they can look at it if it gets low again. Very friendly and answered questions while they were extremely busy! Exceeded expectations with great customer service! If I need to replace this tire, I will be back! Thank you!
