I used to shop with them all of the time. I guarantee I spent over $20,000 there last year alone. I finally realized that everyone was rude to me and always condescending. Sure, I would ask for a better price on things all of the time, but that’s because I was a regular customer and I know fair offers to make. I noticed it got to the point where when I would walk in employees would go into the back and pretend not to see me. I also realized that I can purchase firearms at places where I won’t be treated this way. So that’s what I do! Peace out!

I have come to the realization that I've been handing out 5 star ratings like they are participation trophies, and I feel like that is unfair and unrealistic in life when you are comparing businesses of similar product. It devalues the rating system. Moving forward, I will only be giving 5 stars to the utmost deserving of such. With that in mind, I couldn't help but give the guys of Triggers a 5 star rating. To have the ability to walk into a store and not be hassled by salesmen is a blessing in today's day and age. Not only was it a natural exchange of my curiosity, wants, and needs to the staff, but no product was "pushed" on me. I'm a sig guy (I know that comes with a lot of criticism, but I like what I like), and I was looking for something of the p226 quality at a price that seemed fair. I was then pointed towards every single sig in stock. Not a glock, canik, s&w, but something I knew I genuinely wanted. I ended up going with a p229 pro with a deltapoint pro at a price that was more than fair. The guys here listened to me and answered any questions I had (curiosity is what typically leads a 30-minute visit to a 2 hour visit because I can talk about firearms all day long). I visited two other stores this day, but unfortunately the price was not right on their products. Triggers is now my first go-to when it comes to browsing for my collection, and I highly suggest you make it yours as well.

Weekend workers were more interested in showing off their rifle builds they brought in to people who weren't going purchase anything meanwhile I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes with a part I was going to purchase. After waiting and not even being acknowledged I went and placed it back on the shelf were I got it and left. I used to love going to triggers whenever i had the chance and always recommend them to others. I have made quite a few purchases from them going back to at least 2015. I would always rather give my money to the local guys but if I'm just going to be ignored I'll purchase elsewhere or online.

Was there to purchase handgun. Picked one out, the kid placed it off to the side and said let me show something to someone else. He must be paid on commission and was so interested in stacking his commission that he tried to get 2 sales back to back. Waited for longer than I should while he tried to sell another gun to another customer when he hadn't sold mine yet. Finally another worker asked if anyone needed help and I said yes, we need that gun over there rang up and paperwork done. I pointed out the kid saying I wanted to buy that gun but the kid laid it over there and said let me show a gun to someone else. Well you should finish the sale you just made before you start trying to make your next commission but when I asked the second employee to make the sale. He starts giving me attitude and saying what did I do, I specifically stated and pointed the young kid and said I wanted to purchase it but then he said let me show someone else something. Then the second employee says there's only 3 of us here and we're kind of busy. This is literally seconds after he yelled does anyone need any help. Well if he didn't want to help anyone then why did he yell does anyone need any help. So not one but two employees blew me off in the space of 10 minutes. The first one by not taking care of the sale in front of him, the second one for being extremely rude then trying to make excuses about the lack of help and being busy when he yelled out does anyone need help and I spoke up, yes !!! He kept saying I don't know what I did wrong and for the second or third time I told him it wasn't you it was the young kid over there and pointed him out again but he just seemed bent on taking offense when it didn't involve him at all until he started being rude to a customer. After the wait and the way I was treated, I walked out without buying a gun, then went over to another store not far from them and bought a gun. So the kid trying to stack his commission lost a good sale and the second employee lost a sale and the store lost a sale. I've always liked Triggers, good product and decent prices but the Customer Service has gotten extremely bad. Unless something changes dramatically I will stop shopping there and I definitely will be telling others not to shop there.

The guys at triggers are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have an extensive variety to meet all your needs. I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of any product I’ve purchased.
