have the agent take the pictures. too time consuming before and after unless turning in late, staff is friendly and helpful

Barbara was great and helped above and beyond the norm. She was extremely kind and had great customer service skills. If I need anything U-Haul, I would definitely be coming back here. I don’t know who reads these but she deserves a raise!!!

I came here as a first timer and I had a really pleasant experience with Barba whom she went through the whole process friendly and professionally! In all there was really no issue and conpared to other places I have been looking for this one is pretty decent!
