8.24.25. Giant sign in the window, 2 redken shampoo and conditioners for $35. Same giant sign at the register. I went in specifically because I saw the sign as I drove by. Got my shampoo and conditioner and they ring up $27 each. I pointed out the sign, clearly showing 2 for $35 only to be informed that sale ended yesterday. I said your sign is clearly stating the sale, no visible expiration date.
Their answer, we haven’t gotten new signs. They would not honor the sale.
I totally understand sales end but to not honor the price you are advertising in your front window and by the registers is ridiculous. Take down the signage or honor the price.

Gina is absolutely amazing and I am very impressed with what she just did with my daughter’s hair! She went out of her way to move her schedule around so she could get us in asap and we came in with an “oops we tried to bleach it blonde and it ended up orange” and she knew exactly what to do and took her time and now my daughter is a beautiful blonde and we’re very happy and grateful and will definitely be coming back to her from now on! Exceptional service , very friendly and professional I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a stylist!

Do not get Dina to cut your hair! She made my bangs completely uneven and messed them up, they are so much shorter than I asked her for. She also cut my hair dry, didn't listen to what I asked her for, only paid attention to the picture, she straightened my hair without asking me if I wanted her to, and didn't use any heat protection on the hair she straightened. After she had already chopped off the majority of my bangs then she asked me if I wanted for my bangs to look good without styling. I never style my hair and she would know that if she had simply asked me before hand.

I waited 15 minutes to open, no big deal. When I went in to get purchase what I needed the aisle was closed. If you’re going to open then OPEN.

I booked a hair appointment at this location and when I arrived the manager told me their stylist decided she didn't want to do clipper cuts anymore. They did not even bother to call or text so I didn't waste my time driving out. It felt very disrespectful. If this is the level of service they have I will not be using ulta ever again

I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your Florence, KY location (7673 Mall Rd) on Monday, June 2, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM.
Upon entering the store, I was immediately noticed by several employees — at least four young women behind the register made direct eye contact with me multiple times — yet not one acknowledged my presence. There was no greeting, no offer of assistance, and no engagement of any kind. The employees continued their personal conversation and periodically glanced in my direction as I browsed the store, but made no effort to help or even say hello.
When I proceeded to check out, I shared my concern about the lack of customer service with the cashier, Meredith. Unfortunately, she offered no response or apology and simply rang up my items without a word, making the experience feel even more dismissive and unwelcoming.
As someone who values quality customer service — especially when shopping in person — this experience left a very negative impression. This was my first time visiting this location, and it may very well be my last. Whether the lack of acknowledgment was due to poor training, indifference, or implicit bias, it is unacceptable in any retail environment.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the customer experience at this location. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and respected when entering your stores.

I have been helped by the employees many times. They always seem happy to help and they are very approachable.
I don't feel judged even I come in here.

Went to this store last night with my child. Looking to have a girls night and you would not believe the customer service I received from these women! I had some items to return and also had a basket full of products I had planned to purchase. I had my receipt with me and I also had just bought the items a few days before. When I simply asked to have the money returned to the Original account, they became disrespectful on a level IVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE! My child was there so I was trying not to get confrontational however when the store MANAGER decided to make fun of my situation and humiliate me in front of my child, I decided enough was enough. I remained respectful but firm on the fact that I did not want a store gift card but I wanted my money returned to the original pay method. She then decided once all the customers were gone to then get loud with me. When I told her I was going to report this incident she then wanted to wait until the end of my return to try and make it sound like nothing happened, I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE AND I WILL BE GIVING NAMES and NO I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! (lisa, whatever your real name is, it is not okay to make fun of someone who is on disability and it is 💯 not ok to think they are unintelligent because of it!!!!) Disgusting! Then I go in today with my sister to return everything I bought and got profiled and they called the cops to come sit and wait for me to leave! Disgraceful!
