I didn't realize this place existed, I returned a boxed Amazon package here. I had the QR code on my phone and the package was on its original box. So I recommend boxing your return even if Amazon says you don't have to.

My package was delivered to thr wrong adress amd woulnt let me file a claim and can't get ahold of customer service why have customer service if you can't talk to anyone people can't even find the right adress or to lazy to worst place for delivery never had this problem before

My package was suppose to be delivered 12/20/23 it's held up in transit. This facility is 40 miles from my house. Now isn't going to arrive until after Christmas.The sad part is it's a Santa gift for my 7yr old grandson that has a form of autism. This gift is the only thing he asked Santa for. I don't have the money to replace before Christmas, so this company needs to start explaining what it's the problem is with delivery why is packages held up in transit. Explain to me what I'm suppose to tell my grandson.UPS needs to do better then this.

I do believe they have a thief, working as a delivery driver I have had several packages say they were delivered to ‘INDEPENDENCE when in fact, they were not it was only after I had to file a claim through the shipper and UPS that surprisingly some of my items showed up a week or two later, but was never adjusted in the system. it happened again yesterday when it said my order was delivered at my front door and independence at 12:50 when in fact it was not my husband was home all day and where at in Independence did he leave it? Not to mention the poor customer service that UPS has on their 800 number doesn’t do anybody any good I tried to file the claim and it won’t let me, so what did he get away with my stuff? How is that fair? UPS, you need to get it together and start monitoring your employees or something this is getting ridiculous.

Tried to drop a package off on the way out of town. The customer facing area was "closed" in the middle of the day so whoever worked there could handle something at another building. After a few minutes of waiting they returned.If your not going to staff it enough for someone to be there during working hours at least put a drop box outside so I can drop the already labeled and finished package in the drop box and leave.

Sent a birthday package with freshly baked goods to Florida from Florida and they fly it to Kentucky. Instead of flying it back to Florida they send via ground 8 days late and say sometimes that happens? Wow!

Ups is so incompetent. A time sensitive package that was sent next day air still hasn't arrived. Called customer service and was told by the first person it was on a truck for delivery. This was a lie. The so call manager said it missed the truck and I now will not. Receive it until tomorrow. Refuse to send it to me tonight or let me pick it up. Better yet will not compensate me for there screw up. Said they will refund the shipper the cost of shipping. Called the shipper and they said they would not refund it to me. Ups needs to make thus right. Thus was a time sensitive shipment that I paid extra to have it in hand an a day before I need it. Now I'm screwed.

My $6,000 package has been sitting in this craphole for 4 weeks now. The destination is ONE HOUR away. You should be shutdown, absolutely useless customer support that just transfers you a million times, hangs up, gets nasty, and never calls back like they say. Hopefully UPS loses their contract next year and disappears. Worst shipping company.
