They let people run out to their car and back and tell the 6 other people in line to wait! Give me a break take care of someone else while that rude person gets the document they forgot. Terrible service and they keep closing branches!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS US BANK BRANCH ZERO STARS!!!!!I have HAD IT with this US Bank branch! We have numerous accounts with the organization and have been customers for years. I have had my checking account for 7 years that I have NEVER overdrawn until today. It was over drawn last night for a few hours by $34 and I figured since it had never happened before they would give me a "courtesy refund" as they call it. I went to this branch and was told they couldn't do it for some reason, they didn't know why and to call the 1-800 number because one of the workers there had also worked in the call center for 3 years in the past and was able to QUOTE "Overturn anything and everything". I called the call center and 2 different people told me they couldn't refund my fee and they didn't know why. It was an "algorithm" that determind who was eligible and who wasn't.. WHAT??? So, a computer decided I'm not eligible after 7 years in good standing with the bank and a real person can't override that??? HOW TERRIBLE!! Everyone I spoke with at US Bank said they can see why I am frustated, they would be too.. Really?? Then why can't you help me?

Always bank here and love using their credit cards but lately is becoming a whole ordeal just to pay their own credit card bill at their locations poor customer service almost want a blood sample to make sure you are the one paying that bill so ridículos.

I wanted to get some work done there and I was there 20 minutes before they close and when my chance came they made very bogus arguments about why they can’t do it. There were 5 other people waiting behind and their were 2 people working out of which one was just sitting there and using her phone.

Might as well grab some lunch before you wait in line because it will take you 40 minutes just to get to the desk where they will complain about having to help you or ignore you all together

They are very helpful with what ever I have going on with my accounts. I have never had to wait over5 minutes.this is the bank I live in Hebron. We have a us bank but I don’t go to them.
