They ALWAYS ALWAYS and ALWAYS have 1 person at the window and 1 person on the drive through the other workers are going to take their lunch break when it's VERY busy. Waiting inline for 30+ minutes

Went to take money out from my account and then this dude told me we can't take money from that bank card, I told the dude the Other US Banks do it, then the other person took care of me cause he knows how to do his Job!!!

They charge to much on fees. They wouldn't take my change...it needed to be rolled b4 they would take it. Its a crummy bank.

I've been a customer of US Bank for 40 years. Loyalty doesn't matter here; there are no concessions for long-time customers, which means we have no value to the company. The customer service at this particular location is non-existent. Wait time last time I was there was 15 minutes, with only one teller. Customer service agents at the 800# are robotic and clearly have no training in actually helping people. And US Bank generally (like many banks, but certainly not all) is unforgiving when it comes to fees. It costs more to bank than is worth having an account there. Avoid this place like the plague. I'm moving on.

Three stars because the service is great but the entry and exit is HORRIBLE!! One way in and the same way out, onto a busy highway, with a conflicting middle turn lane. Unless you are headed in one direction is very inconvenient to get to. I drive past this location every day and I've seen so many accidents and almost accidents.
