I LOVE V Spa, and everyone who works here! I’ve been coming here for about 7 months now and never leave unhappy. They’re always willing to try whatever idea I come up with, and ALWAYS knock it out of the park! I don’t have a single complaint. The gold and white are my newest set, but the checkered flag/flames were my toughest request and are still my favorite!

Nails were cute, service was kind of bad, the woman who started on my nails was rude and continued to get on the phone and kept getting up to help other clients as they were walking in while I was in her chair, She made me feel dumb for asking questions by rolling her eyes, she also didn’t finish them and sent me over to Henry who was a very sweet man who wasn’t rude at all and actually followed what I wanted. I feel like I was overcharged by a lot.

My Sister treated me to a full-set, and we both got our toes done and pedicures. Toes look great and im loving my nails. My sister had her nails done by them 2wks ago and they are super cute!

The 2 ladies tried ripping me off. One started my nails and said a proce then another finished and says a much higher price. Then when I speak up about how ghetto my nails look they were upset and talking about me. How do I know I have a interpretor on my phone and the things said we're awful. I will never step foot in here again. Mind you i took my daughter here last month as a mom and daughter outing and they were rude then as well. It's really sad because the man Henry is a good guy and does great work. Sad that these 2 ladies tried this on me cause now I won't be back!!

I have been coming to V-spa for about three years!! I had all but given up on having my nails done professionally until my cousin recommended them to me. My daughter and I are regulars! We love Henry and Teresa! Their manicure/acrylic skills are outstanding! My girly and I decided for some festive designs this time and I am in love!!! They never disappoint! In 3 years I have only had two nails break, that is impressive! Their attention to detail keeps me coming back every time! I have had many favorites over the years but this set is by far my favorite!

This was a pleasant surprise as this isn't my usual nail salon. I don't recall the gentleman's name who did my nails but he was very friendly and took care in doing my nails. I had asked for just a spider web on the ring finger (in one of the photos) and he asked if we could do a little spider as well, I loved the creativity! I may start coming here regularly.

V-Spa (with Teresa, Henry, and Vivienne) is still THE BEST nail salon in northern Kentucky. They are extremely accommodating and work very hard to meet the needs of all customers. They take walk-ins, but I highly suggest making an appointment 3-4 days in advance. I ALWAYS leave happy and satisfied.

Henry was fabulous! He was kind and patient while I picked my color, and he paid attention to detail around the edges of my nail. He made sure the top was even and I didn’t have any polish sticking to my skin at the end! He asked me what shape I wanted and made sure that they were how I wanted them. The clear top coat of the dip did start coming off 2 nails a week after I got my nails done, but otherwise I love them! ?
Stylist: Henry was great!
