Please stop giving the bad advice of sister size bras. Proper bra fitting is essential!Most sales associates at VS aren't pleasant or helpful. I rarely shop VS because of their bigotry & exclusion. My daughters wanted to go so I went. I was pleasantly surprised that the associate at Florence VS was helpful. They stayed a little bit over closing time for my daughter. The store was great, clean, organized, however, corporate still excludes most women. The "you're x size but sister size y" really isn't good advice for bra shopping. Women need proper size for a proper fit. I don't blame the associate. VS pushes that garbage advice to sell more bras. Maybe corporate will change their tune when they finally catch up with the rest of the world. Hey at least they have a variety of model sizes now even though you can't try on any "extended sizes". They are only available through the website.The store gets 5 stars. VS corp gets 2 stars for their garbage marketing toward young girls. (The sales associate that was rude to my husband & son in law also gets 1 star)

The lady who helped me with my bras was awesome. I didn’t get her name but she knew a lot and about what I needed. She picked out the two best bras ever.

Sales clerks were helpful, but waited 10 minutes to try on items and waited again at checkout because they could not find upc for an item. There were plenty of associates, but all at the registers and not spread on floor and fitting room

I finally decided to let the boyfriend buy a couple of bras from here. So we went in and I got measured. First off, I was measuring myself while an assistant demonstrates to me. Secondly, I was given a size that doesn't fit and left wondering why. And thirdly, I eventually just started looking for my actual bra size and the boyfriend was happy with a few things. They do have some really cute bra selections. But that price is just not justifiable to me. 3 bras was $178. Like I could of went to Walmart, Kohls,Meyers, and so on for far less. Anyways, overall I can't say I would do this again. I just can't spend that kind of money for bras that I hardly wore to begin with.

Not friendly bougie workers that do not help you whatsoever I have had a horrible experience in there the last four times I've been in there they just need to up their game with customer service because I can find the same exact thing probably cheaper on the website and not have to deal with rude little girls

Always a first class experience at Victoria secret. I most definitely appreciate the ladies at this location helping pick a cute outfit! Found some amazing deals and probably my favorite adventure at a Victoria secret. Awesome sizing experience and I'm so excited for all the goodies we walked out with! Thankful for the new addition to the lingerie and happy to have replaced some older and unwanted things! Oh and the bag was super cute! ?
