Horrible people. God awful company. Epitome of the lowest type of human beings!!! Do not bring your scripts here. They do not care about people! Almost gave my Dad another heart attack. Actually laughed at him because he couldn't get his heart medication. NOT PROFESSIONAL

This location is great and so convenient. We stopped in a couple times a week to pick up what we need. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The location is bright, well organized and stocked and so clean.

Absolutely awful experience. Went to pick up meds an hour after they were sent to pharmacy and was told they weren’t ready. Said it would be 10 minutes so I just roamed around store. I walk back over there at 1:31 and they closed for lunch. No warning at all. Didn’t mention it to me when I arrived and would t open back up to hand me the prescription. Told me I had to wait 30 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Had my prescription sent to the Florence Walgreens only to be told it wasn’t there and to go to Alexandria Walgreens (they didn’t provide address for the Alexandria Walgreens). Drove to Alexandria Walgreens only for my prescription not to be there either. Called Florence Walgreens back only for them to question whether or not I went to the right one saying there is only one Walgreens in Alexandria and then gave me the address. It was the Walgreens I had driven to. When I said that, they hung up. The worst customer service ever and completely refuses to help or offer real solutions. The Alexandria Walgreens had let me know that the Florence location should have called to confirm that the prescription was there before sending me because the earliest possible date they could even have it would be Monday. I absolutely do not recommend using the Florence location if you can help it. They’re rude and do not care in the slightest about customer service. This incident occurred on 6/29/23 at 8:20. I am unsure of the names of the 2 women I spoke to.

Walgreens is always my favorite and most go to pharmacy over any other out there, they have taken care of me for so many years now and I think that I might have had maybe one issue in 10 years and that's not bad for this day in age. Because we rely on computers so much more than we ever have and electronic devices that sometimes when they mess up the whole world comes crashing down.

The absolute worst pharmacy, overcharging, meds constantly low. Don't do their jobs past filling prescriptions. I'll never be back! Go to COSTCO!!

Thank you MAURA!!! One of my prescriptions is on national backorder and I need it for my work. She looked at other locations and even helped me come up with another solution to get my medication. She answered every question I had and not once did she act like I was putting her out. That was SUCH a breath of fresh air! THANK YOU MAURA!!!

How stupid to close the pharmacy at 6pm through the week and close it completely on Saturday! Who the heck can get there after working till 5pm. Only time now is Sunday! Gonna move our prescriptions to CVS

I called in my prescription and said it was available after 1215 today. . I went through the drive-through the lady there was very rude and Rudely told me that from now on I needed to wait until I got a text stating that my prescription is ready well I'm sorry if it says I could pick it up anytime after 1215 I should be able to I don't appreciate it so I will be moving my prescriptions . I guess it was at 1 o'clock and I was already in line and it was an interfering with her lunch break I don't have to take rude people and I won't and that's a second time

I ordered photo magnets online which were going to be shipped to the local store, this one. I received an email saying it arrived and pick up at the store. I had also ordered a few pictures to pick up. I told the guy at the register the one order was pictures and the other was the magnets that I ordered and paid for online but were shipped there and ready to be p/u. He walks away, comes back with the pictures only and says the magnets aren’t here. I said they should be, I received an email. He then proceeds to tell me he is too busy to check on it. I was like, too busy to look? It says it’s here. He’s like no it’s not here. But I’m too busy to look. I said if I walk out of here and find the email saying it’s here and have to come back I’m going to be furious. It took 30 minutes to get there. Guess what, found my email when I got home that it in fact was at the store. I’d find somewhere else to go. Very rude staff. And the pictures I picked up were all bent. I was so mad I didn’t even check them until I got home. I’m not ordering anything from here again. There were 3 others standing behind the counter in photo looking at peoples orders and commenting. Very professional.
