I placed a custom cake order on October 6th and it’s October 12th-I had ZERO communication about the order and the order was never started. I had to contact customer service twice to get a refund.

Well it was for my son's first birthday we ordered a cake and then they called me canceling the order stating that pique person did not show up. I'm just surprised that a manager supervisor lead somebody does not know how to make cake. We had to resort to Kroger's.
