The eye doctor was really nice and chatty. When we got our eye glasses Kathy helped us she is amazing and very patient she even interacted with our younger two kids have them paper and pencils to draw on. Kathy explained each of our prescriptions to each of us .Kathy thank you for being amazing

Great dr even prescribed meds for my very bad dry eye. I’d give em 5 stars but the vision center did mess up my contact lens order and sent to my old address even tho I gave em new one which caused big delays but they did fix it.

Never had any issues, neither with the Doctor nor any of the others. It's a walk-in center, it's always better to call before and check what's going on. Expect some delay, as Walmart attracts many one-stop shoppers. With this being said, people who work there need our patience and understanding, don't expect royal treatment, they usually had a long and hard day on their feet. Again, I never had any issues with any of them.

Not worth your time or money, messed up my prescription, on the trial pair of contacts when they burned on first time use told me to clean them and it would be fine that customers couldn’t try another kind. Rude front of the store employees. Never will go back.

They don't answer the phone,
If they do, the lady say " Walmart vision center can you please hold" doesn't even wait for your response just puts you on hold.
I was on hold for 30 minutes, I called again and they answered with the same thing.
I reached someone in customer service and they tried to transfer me over, still no answer.
I asked the customer service lady for a manager, she transfered me and guess what waited 20 min, ended up hanging up.
So I have just wasted 1 hour of my time.
All I needed was a status on a order that was supposed to be in yesterday.
This is the worst Walmart I have ever dealt with. Most amazing thing is that they are only open for 4 hrs 30 min. And probably not busy.
What takes an hour to do at an optical?

Receptionist was great. Otherwise it aucked. Doctor was late. I had an appointment and two walk in went before me. What a joke so unprofessional!!

I came to Dr.Tableing for a eye exam, contacts and glasses, and had a wonderful experience. I was scheduled for Thursday, walked in today (Monday) & I was leaving after an hour with two people in front of me. The doctor was personable, timely, and happy to do my exam. After reading the other reviews I was skeptical, but I think other reviewers may have been wanting a long exam or something?? Eye exams are pretty basic, they don’t take too much time.

Seriously the worst. We had an appt. Scheduled, but they let two walk in's go first! The optometrist here is the worst and doesn't care about anything. He seems like your coming to see him is a bad thing.

Optometrist was distracted and rushed and seemed to care less about exam. Told me I had macular degeneration but there was no TX for it and nothing I could do about it. Found out much later that it should be treated with shots, which is what I did, but it was too late by then. Now have 20/400 vision in that eye. Feel like suing!!!

I don't like Walmart for shopping, but I love this vision center. The eye doctor I saw was helpful and courteous and the folks in the eyeglass store are very helpful. The prices are great and the free 1 year warranty is amazing. Perfect place to get glasses for kids. I have 2 in glasses and the warranty has come in really handy.

Eye exam office is good, no bad experiences. The store front where you purchase glasses seems to have a huge staffing problem, as I stood in line for 40 minutes (behind 1 person) to pick up my already-paid-for glasses.

I'm a Trucker, I needed an eye exam asap, so I tried out this vision center, they had an open appointment so I took it, however I was rushed along, the prescription I got was bad, & the Dr wasn't very good. I am pissed, lost my money to bad service, save your money, & go elsewhere!
