Ordered a kitchen island. Good price. Great assembly instructions. Wanted to change color on butcher block top. Sent email asking if top could be refinished. They sent request to vendor who responded with material type. I asked follow up question. Crickets. Wayfair sent a message apologizing vendor had not answered and they would be responding. Nothing. Few days later sent same email and again a few days later. Followed up with an email asking when they would respond. They responded with another email to vendor basked follow up question. Nothing. Not happy at this point

Wayfair delivery / installers / assembly stubbornly blocked a loading dock for a 250 resident high-rise, refusing to move their truck after staff, residence and other professional movers politely asked them to do so. The unmarked vehicle and the two unprofessional installers with purple Wayfair shirts forced their way inside the apartments, without fob or authorization from concierge, even after a resident stood in-between them and the entrance. This constitutes forced entry and anyone at the Memorial Windsor towers should beware of Wayfair installers/ assembly and delivery men as they are not to be trusted and do not obey rules or common decency.

I haven't unpacked the chair yet, as I'm in the middle of a move. However I ordered the chair from Wayfair on February 8th and it was delivered on the 14th. All good so far. I went to the Mayfair website on the 14th to look at some details of the chair I ordered. On the chair's page I noticed the price had dropped during those 6 days, it was now $289. I bought it 6 days before at a price of $339. I called Wayfair to check on a price adjustment. NOPE! Too bad, no price assurance. Is this the end of the world? No. But it is the end of my doing business with Wayfair. I manage a 27,000sf retail store and we provide 30 days of price assurance. Customers are assured of getting the best price during that time. Wayfair, it keeps customers coming back. I'm gone.

It would be zero stars... They stole $800.00 from me. I haven't received the product I ordered. It hasn't even shipped. They have given me 2 delivery dates and still no shipment. They took $800.00 out of my account, but now will not cancel and refund me for something they haven't shipped. I will be getting an attorney.

Hands down the worst job I've ever worked as a female. I was the only female in my department. The men were rude, not helpful, very unfriendly, made me feel not welcomed I felt very uncomfortable working my shift went to hr and managers they wanted me to continue working till they could investigate the manner which they could all see I was uncomfortable. Never ever again.

I can see why Wayfair's reviews are so poor. I was offered a $40 discount if I got a Wayfair credit card and used it for an item of $250 or more. I was awarded the card and tried to apply the discount. I chose one item, selected the discount (as opposed to a payment plan). Then I replaced my first choice with another qualifying item. I lost the $40 credit and could not get it back. I wrote to Wayfair customer service and was told I must have chosen the payment plan. I won't discuss my financial circumstances - suffice it to say I did not, and I don't need or use payment plans. Customer service could have checked what happened rather than sending me an offensive standardized letter. I'm still out the $40.00 discount they promised. Terrible customer service and online buying experience.

Not a big selection, prices aren't any better than just finding online and getting delivered. Not much of an outlet store

So glad to have them reopen this store. Purchased many items before Covid. The store is always so clean and well organized. Easy to find and get to. Handicap accessible and they also have restrooms. Great for those just purchasing a home as they have something for every room!

Absolutely lies! Bought a mattress with a 100 day free return policy. If you don't love it we will pick it up free. NOT TRUE!! After a week it went back into the plastic and I called Wayfair. They said I'd have to purchase a shipping box. Pack it up and pay $85 to ship it. The headboard is now on clearance (wasn't when I bought it) so $200 headboard gets me $60 IF I pay shipping. Frame I can get full price for but again, shipping is 1/2 the refund. Never again wayfair!!!!

If you are lucky enough to buy something from Wayfair that isn't defective, you can get some nice items, but it is a roll of the dice. If you have any problems and have to deal with customer services or return the item, you will be sorry you ever clicked the purchase button. I have had two horrible experiences now with Wayfair. One, I purchased two fans that were the same for two separate rooms. One works the other is defective. Rather than just issuing a return label for the defective one and sending a new one, Wayfair has me haggling with the manufacturer who's asking for videos of the defective fan and totally wasting my time. Ridiculous! One another occasion we purchased a bookshelf that needs to be anchored to the wall. We bought the bookshelf, the anchors that Wayfair recommended and we paid for installation. The guy came out and built the shelves but didn't know how to anchor them. Dealing with Wayfair customer services was useless. They ultimately refunded the installation fee but now we have an unanchored bookshelf that can't be used until we find and pay someone else to anchor it. I will never buy anything from Wayfair again because they do not understand the basic concepts of customer service.

so... my wife ordered a new food turning spatula for me. the blade was so flimsy I told her to return it without even removing it from the package. total refund on a $20.00 item is less than $4.00

Service is okay until you need to return an item. I received broken salt and pepper shakers. By the way they looked in the box when I opened it, they were broken before shipping. The shipping box was not damaged and there were plenty of packing peanuts in it so very obviously broken before shipping. I did a return request through the app and now all I see is "replacement parts ordered". No other information and no correspondence regarding the broken parts or replacements. Tried the chat function and all I received was a message that the original order had been delivered. Tried the text function and it was a bot that stopped corresponding after a little over 5 minutes. Called the customer service number and was placed on hold. At this point I am beyond frustrated and just want my order!
