My husband and I took our son's vehicle over here that was just purchased from this place to get some work done, when we went to pick it up and asked where it was they said outside so we went on a hunt...it was parked way in the back!My husband and I are not young to where we can walk all over. None of the people were very gracious!Years ago I had a not so good experience when my son was 16 and we went here to find a good used car that would be safe. The salesman insisted he was a police officer at one time and was concerned about the quality of car he would put my son in. He brought out a piece of junk that I wouldn't put my worst enemy in. .. please go to another dealership where you can get good customer service and they really care! Do NOT go here!

I would give the maintenance department an. A. The Body Shop I would give a D minus as I have called four times and no one ever picks up the phone, two times I get a voicemail the other two times it just keeps ringing. I have a quote from them but it seems like they do not want my business.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and the make and model I was searching for was on the lot at Zimmer Motors. I went to check out the vehicle and ended up buying it right on the spot. The salesman was honest and upfront, which made my decision easy. The process was smooth and efficient and I am happy with my purchase.

Wonderful people at this dealership. From the moment we walked in til we left everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Well worth the two and a half hour drive. Will not hesitate to go back.

I've had a 2021 Jeep Cherokee in and out of their shop 4 times in 3 months. Currently on a 15 day stint. I've called 6 times, left messages, hours on hold, and yet to speak to my "service manager". Do not recommend.Update. 11/17/23Finally got my Jeep back around 10/15. They replaced a front facing sensor they said was draining the battery. Two weeks later it was back in the shop with the same issue. It's been in their shop going on two weeks and when I called for an update today they couldn't even locate the vehicle. The situation is as funny as it is maddening.

I was having transmission problems with my 2014 Chrysler 300 not only did they not find it in their own lot for three days after I had gotten it towed, the tattoed douche bag and black haired lady at the service center decided to yell at me like it was my problem that THEY had lost my car and not only that after clearly stating my transmission was blown or at least was having issues shifting, they drove it from the lot into the service center and fully destroyed my transmission and on top of all of that they put $300 worth of transmission fluid in a destroyed transmission and tried to make me pay for it and not only that my cousin had a very similar experience not two weeks before I dropped my car off there. Save yourself from idiots and go to the one in crittenden never getting another nopar product again

Just purchased a vehicle with Zimmer. The entire process was so smooth and I will forever be a Zimmer CDJR customer. Both Vince and Jim were so great to work with. This is definitely the dealership to go to if you want a positive buying experience.

I attempted to view a car and was left waiting in the lot for 30 minutes. I finally was able to flag down a salesman and was told the vehicle I wanted to view was being driven by the manager. The manager was on his way out so I needed to view the vehicle quickly so he could go home. There was no interest in selling me the vehicle or offering a test drive. We agreed that I could come back in 2 days to do a test drive. I came back in on the scheduled day and they informed me the car was sold. They didn’t bother to call to update me so I didn’t waste a drive over. They then proceeded to try to get me to look at a completely different vehicle. I left and will not be returning.

Had a recall on my van and called service dept 3 times and left voicemail. Still haven’t heard back.Marshall Chrysler dealership in Crittenden got me scheduled within 2 days and fixed the recall issue. Had much better luck with them.

Gabriel was a great salesman, very genuine person. However, be prepared even if you have approval to be waiting hours. Also, if you have a trade...don't let them or anyone fool you. Be prepared to walk away, if you have to. If they want the sale, they will make your terms happen.

I’d like to start this out by saying this problem is EXCLUSIVELY with the service department. Every negative review seems to be with this department specifically and I now understand why. It takes days to get ahold of someone and the service advisor I had took absolutely nothing I had to say seriously and tried sales pushing. They claimed to fix my Jeep and didn’t even do proper road tests and claimed it was good to go. Not even a quarter mile after leaving the dealership issues started again. Prior to picking up I had URGED the service advisor to push for more diagnostic testing and to check other avenues and they refused. What a joke. Took it directly back. Anything anyone needs done to their car I would tell them to go to literally any other dodge dealership or certified installer because this is ridiculous.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Zimmer Motors. Our salesman, Calvin Hensley, made the whole process easy and we never felt pressured. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.
