They always having outages (about 10-12 outages a month). Then they take 3-4 hours to fix it.

Their service is a nightmare. I called to ask why they were charging me more each month (I live alone, I'm retired and have one computer that I don't use much, don't stream, game, work, etc.). I asked them to lower the price. I had almost three hours of online communication and a phone call with 11 agents! .It seems like they were just making fun of me by throwing themselves at each other. The result? - Nothing. Zero. The problem was not solved, and I lost half a day and completely ruined my mood for the rest of the day. I would like to file a complaint about their service. Also, they have now removed the ability to print a chat with them, so it is very difficult to prove their disgusting service. I cancel Xfinity.

The internet itself is honestly pretty great. However, the hell and back I have to go through with the god awful system just to try and talk to a real person is unreasonable. The entire experience is set up as if they fear their own phones so much they'd rather lose customers than take a call. I can't have ask one question without getting a slow motion, 10 minute run around from some robot that will give me every option in the universe except to just talk to a real person. Then you finally break down and accept the text option and some dude named Ahmad texts you back with the same crap.

Never get a phone here, kept getting weird random messages from the employees even weeks after.

Workers are nice and friendly (my experience). Wish there was a phone number directly to the building and not having to go through the application/Xfinity AI.

It’s on a military base. Don’t get shot trying to get to the store. Funny that’s not mentioned anywhere. Pathetic customer service.

A little disappointed that this place doesn't open till 10am on a Military base. They also don't have an equipment drop off so if your PCSing you have to wait to drop stuff off.

We just moved to Ft Campbell and was looking to set up our service with xFinity. Very helpful staff, in and out in less than half an hour. Too bad their office is tucked away in some street that isn't very visible to the public.
