DO NOT go here for anything not tire related. They will rip you off and/or not fix the issue. They had the audacity to charge my soldier 600$ to replace spark plugs on a 4 cyl VW Tiguan. The spark plugs are accessible from the top of the engine and Iridium plugs run about 10-20$ a pop, unless they had spark plugs hand crafted by God and they just sat around twiddling their thumbs for a couple hours - the spark plugs and labor SHOULD NOT have cost 600$. and when that didn't fix the issue, they refused to give her her money back stating "they don't work on that type of issue". And when she asked why did they take it in? They said the worker that took the car was new and didn't know better. So Lack of accountability for your workers and trash workmanship? Just because you're on base doesn't mean you can take advantage of the people on post. PS get Michelin tires, Firestone hasn't been relevant in years.

Do not waste your time going here. Find somewhere off post. Everytime I have made a visit to this place they have been rude and acted like I was a bother asking for anything. They will also refuse a job if it’s going to be even just a little difficult. They are lazy and lack good customer service qualities.

Thought my fuel pump had gone out in my 99 Chevy. The manager kept in touch and let me know what the problem was, ICM, and the next steps.
My interactions with the manager and technicians were awesome. Diagnosed and replaced and now my truck runs great.
Also got a safety inspection that let me know what to expect in the coming months.
I'd definitely recommend the Ft. Campbell KY Firestone store. Services provided were everything you're looking for when taking care of your vehicle.

great faces with smiles, it was a great experience. it was like seeing old friends.there was a slight wait, but the overall experience was great. everything was explained to me and the price was fair. getting the truck done was quick, especially since I had to do a chore across the street. everything was convenient and quick (for the most part).thanks to Tyler and Austin for taking care of me and my truck.

I use the Firestone Auto Care on Fort Campbell often. I have my oil,tires,alignment almost always done there. Ryan and his team are always very helpful and always take care of me. If they can’t do it same day they are always honest and help Me get the best available appointment. They have let me know when I need to replace things and when I didnt need to replace things I thought I did. I will always recommend the one on fort Campbell!

Their AC Tech is dog water. He wanted the compressor replaced that was 3 years old under warranty for 800. I told them no, evacuate the system for 150. I'll figure it out. Service writer swore that his tech knew his stuff and was really good. New compressor, vacuum, and charge didn't fix it. After actually diagnosing it, it was a 45 dollar high-pressure switch. Stop lying to people. I'll have my truck towed off base before they touch it again.

Terrible wait times! My appointment was at 2pm and my husband is still there (4:22pm) for a OIL CHANGE. They didn’t even take the car back for a full hour! What’s the point of an appointment? I’m glad the baby and I didn’t go because it’s very hot outside to wait. Never having our car serviced here again.

Extremely professional & friendly. I had to drop my vehicle off after hours on a Saturday & they had to order my tire, & my car was ready to go by Sunday afternoon. I was impressed.

Brought vehicle in for a tire change, waited for 5 hours. Later customers were taken care of while my wife and I sat in the lobby for extra 2 hours.
When I asked the front desk his answer was "I think your paper work got pulled, so your vehicle will be next."
It was not next...

Had two new tires put on, the rep that helped me was awesome made it a pleasant experience. They informed me of all my options and not just try to push one brand on me.
Install was quick even during peak hours.
Happy with overall experience here and would recommend to others
