When you mostly bank online the interaction is just you and an app. Walking into Fortera my first impression is cleanliness and then I’m shocked when I’m greeted what a wonderful walk in experience. Also the bank teller was extremely professional and knowledgeable and assisted me with respect.

I was really pleased with how professional and friendly Lisa was at the fort Campbell location. She was very knowledgeable and used our time efficiently as she helped me figure out exactly what kind of loan was right for me. She added me as a member of the credit union and helped me set up the Fortera app. It works great and I am really looking forward to the benefits this branch offers to service members. The bank is always clean and smells wonderful when you walk in! Right away they greet you. I usually take the drive-thru. And Zack noticed me right away. He always has a positive energy that I love and makes my experience very personable.
