Wanted to make a simple transaction an talked me into giving them my number an email an then Enrolled me into their rewards program without telling me the cost until after I already paid an then when I refunded it immediately after got told it’d take 5 days to get my money back

Best customer we have had, recommend this location over others we have been to.I didn't catch her name but the lady who worked here was super helpful. I had a lot of questions, she never once acted like it bothered her to answer. She gave her (what felt like honest) opinion. She did not try to upsale me on the most expensive product but instead was going off of my goals/needs. There were a few questions she didn't know the answer to and was upfront with that, instead of just making up an answer.

It gets by with the products offered but what annoys me, and some others I have seen, is the employees DO NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE. I do not need to be asked, "Do you need help with anything?" Every 2 minutes. Especially after I have said, "No, I'm just looking."Just let me look at protein and creatine in peace, please.

Been shopping there but suddenly I have to have an active duty ID card because I was told they sell at "reduce pricing". Bruh I'm just trying to get a Bang. Legit bought vitamins and stuff the day before. Lady was rude af. Get rid of this store and put in a real nutrition shop.

I got every flavor of the rainbow of BANG energy drinks from the GNC here. I got 16 cans of assorted flavors. The sales reps were all very helpful. They honored my GNC $5 email coupon. Has a majority of what I was looking for on Amazon. Also, the PX doesn't carry as many options as GNC. Employees tend to get annoying CONSTANTLY asking if you need help ???. A few pics of the products I've personally gotten from GNC.

I bought over $500 worth of stuff in less then 20 days time and didn't receive not one sample. I was told GNC has moved more towards the pro boxes, so I waited and my box finally came today. I had a received an email from GNC showing what was in my box and it showed full size products, and I was skeptical but figured oh okay since I bought over $500 worth of stuff in less then a month or around $1000 since my pro membership, I guess I'll be receiving some full size bottle as samples, that ain't bad. WRONG i received measly little samples, I received more free samples from Total Nutrition at a convention center (which wasn't even a body building event just a job fair). After I finish up my 1 year subscription with GNC, I'm probably not going back unless I get some magic box at my door with the full size bottles I was shown I would receive. On top of that I was told anything in the GNC store could be shipped, which was good because I needed mass gainer forwarded to my future deployment location. Just so gives that the one item I go to buy to have shipped forward to my future location is the only one item that doesn't ship, guess I'll enjoy it when I get back....
