After getting our taxes done two weeks ago, it turns out our stuff never got submitted! Did anyone contact us? No! I found out today by calling!
The only reason I’m giving it a star is because a nice lady helped us with it! Be careful doing taxes through them because they won’t tell you their systems are done etc! Nor will inform you that they didn’t submit it!

Nicole was amazing to work with. She was thorough and friendly and explained every step she was taking. She made sure we received ALL of our mo ey back from the IRS. We will definitely come back to her next year!

Ms. Duffy is a bitter human being who lacks professional skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers. If you're military, use MILITARY ONE SOURCE to do this for free. The software is a lot simpler than what these clerks do. You can also call Military One Source with questions 24/7 and get your life figured out. Stay away.

My main reason for the perfect score is because of the professionalism of our tax consultant Elijah Rawle - he was so efficient, patient and caring - and truly knows his job so well. We've used H&R Block for a few years now. They've been extremely helpful and every person that we had do our taxes have been great but $300 is a lot.
