“I walked in when they opened and had 3 badges, rank, name tape, and US Army sewn on and was out the door literally 10 minutes later. I’m TDY and leave tomorrow, so I was just hoping for a 1 day turnaround. Many tailors I have gone to groan at the request of 1 day service, let alone same day. “I use this tailor on a regular basis, for hemming pants and skirts, taking in waistlines, and fitting shirts, jackets, and dresses properly. I have never had an issue with something being altered on time, and if it's something more complex I try it on at pick-up and they fix it if it wasn't done correctly (which rarely happens). I also have them dry clean my dress uniform, dresses, and a couple of jackets, and it's cheap and a fast turnaround time (and they never overheat my dress uniform and leave shiny spots on the wool when they press it, which I've had other places do).
I've also never had a payment issue; if I pay on drop-off I just make sure they stamp both slips (their copy and mine) with the "PAID" stamp (I've only had to remind them once, and they had stamped their copy, just not mine), so there's never an issue if I forget my slip.
The only potential complaint I have is that I've never seen a price list, so I'm not sure if I pay the same price for similar alterations every time (I think I do based off memory, but I always forget to save my slips to double-check). My pants hems always cost the same, it's mostly taking in dresses or shirts that I'm not sure of (but they probably charge more for more complex dresses anyway so I don't worry too much about it).”
“A pleasant experience. Location was very clean. Washers & dryers performed as expected. Washers washed well. Dryers dried clothes in a timely manner. Wasn't crowded either.”
“Very clean and well maintained, with decent prices. The dryers worked great and didn't take long. We did six loads for about $5 a piece (washed and dried).My only complaint is the restroom isn't available in the evenings, so plan ahead especially if you have kids.”

It seems like everyone is just trying to get in and get out with no issues. My only complaint is I wish that the vending machines had a greater snack variety.”
“This Dry Cleaning company goes out of their way to make our residents at The Villages at the River Club happy. They come twice a week to pick up dry cleaning, and he is so friendly when he comes. They do a fantastic job.”

“Y’all-This is my MOST favorite place/business on all of Fort Campbell.I wish with all my heart I knew her name, but the beautiful lady who greets me, gets my order, makes us a new order, (and then calls me immediately to remind me I left the “ready-to-go” garments there and to come right back before I leave the parking lot) is THE BEST! I told my husband this evening I will spend whatever $ to have his clothes cleaned and pressed (and always exactly as we request them (because Heaven forbid his dress pants have a crease ??♀️) and his shirts are starched perfectly!) at this exact location EVERY TIME!I am sorry I can’t think of her name.But- my WHOLE heart!She makes my weekly visits worth it!!!!And she deserves an easy 8mil for just her loving and welcoming heart!Also- definitely great service! We are always satisfied with the quality of their dry cleaning.”
