It was just 2 of us. I had the ribs, and they had the steak and shrimp, which he loved. I had the ribs because they were really good on my previous visit. That was the reason I went back. Well, they were not good on this visit. I asked if I could have them cooked a little softer without all the hard black tar on them. They were redone and still not cooked, right. I just told the manager it was fine. Even though it wasn't. I didn't want to wait a 3rd time. Plus my boyfriend had finished his meal by that time. I guess they had a different cook that night. The employees were really nice and the manager was also. I love the line dancing they do, and the atmosphere there is really awesome! I just wish my ribs were.Parking: This location has a lot of parking!Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booster.

I’ve been here a few times now and wow this is the best one I’ve been too. The service is always great and the food is fast and hot everytime. Rita was amazing today!❤️

The steaks are always juicy and flavorful, and the rolls with cinnamon butter are to die for. The staff is super friendly too!

First off, we were given a dinner voucher by one of the managers for how terribly our service was back in december, do not recommend going in with more than four people! So, almost 3 months later we try again, just two of us. We were the second couple seated for lunch on a saturday. THE SECOND TABLE ! 42 minutes later, our food. ( pulled pork with steamed veg and a grilled chop with sweet potatoe. At 40 minutes in, When brought to the GM. her reply was essentially non chelant ! We were told, the chop was burned, had to re cook, then told the chop was cut on angle and did not cook right and dried out, had to cook, Again, 42 minutes for a SMALL GRILLED CHOP and some pulled pork. Management didnt even come to table to at least offer explanation, i went to ask ! At least they covered the cost of the chop. Food okay, but will never support this place again.

YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TO GO AREA.Train your employees to communicate to their customers not just by asking for name then ignore after.Its not customers responsibility to ask for an update with their food every minute just to make sure the employees didn’t forget about them.You guys have a RECEIPT & COPY OF THEIR ORDER. Worst Roadhouse in America. I've been to this location 3x hoping it'll get better. The food took forever, the steaks were over cooked, and the service was mid. The worst part is watching the waiters do a stupid line dance instead of running the food. The TRH in Texas don't even do that! Also they were rude as hell to me on my birthday for not wanting to get on the stupid saddle saying "shouldn't have come to roadhouse then." Horrible restaurant with bratty dependa staff.

Honestly so disappointed. We have been to this location several times and this has to be the worse. They jammed us and our kids into an area with tons of kids and families, all the waitresses are hiding out in the bathroom so they can use their phone.We waited over an hour and a half for our food. And when it came out it was nasty and obviously reheated. My burger was not right and once I finished it my stomach started hurting. We were obviously upset and the manager and our waitress just played it off like it wasn't a big deal and at least they took $10 off our meal. It was burgers and a plate of chicken tenders, honestly how hard is that. We are so disappointed by everything that happened here, we probably won't be back.

Food was amazing & customer service was amazing. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The only thing I wish could had been different was when you first come in and the young lady who sat us down grab our bread. However, between us walking from the front and going to our table, the young lady was talking directly over it and after that I didn’t want to eat it anymore.

I normally don't have a bad meal here, but on this particular day, my steak was overcooked, barely above Luke warm, and late coming out. We had ordered or food at least 5 minutes before the table next to us was even seated, and they received their food before my table did. Had to ask a different staff member for a refill on my tea. DO BETTER TEXAS ROAD HOUSE, DO BETTER!

Bad experience every single time I've gone. Tonight I placed a to-go order an hour and a half earlier, I waited 2 hours before they told me they couldn't find my food. They told me I could wait for another hour so I asked for a refund instead, was told I would not receive a refund for up to a week. Every other time I've gone the food came out incorrect and the service was poor.

I went with my husband to go eat out after he got off work. It was just the two of us. We ordered our starter which was fried pickles. That came to our table pretty fast. I don't know what's going on with the kitchen staff and the way they're putting out orders for their tables. Me and my husband sat for an hour and a half waiting on our food mind you two GROUPS of people had been seated after we had been there and already ordered out food. They still got their food first and were able to leave within that hour mind you The whole time were still waiting for our two meals. We ended up walking out because we have other things to do. Thankfully the server we had was amazing I don't remember her name but she had black glasses and she seemed to understand the situation. This Texas roadhouse definitely needs to get their kitchen staff in check.

Took my family here for a family night out. The waitress was very polite and helpful. My food was pretty good as is the standard of every roadhouse I’ve been to even though it took forever to get. What is upsetting is I couldn’t even have a conversation or hear what my kid was trying to tell me. I did not expect to be in a roadhouse style bar but when our food still isn’t out and all the servers are line dancing and the music is deafening what else would you call it? I’m sure I’ll get the robotic standard remark that everyone else has gotten about not intending to let their guests down but as nothing has changed from the other reviews we are starting to feel let down. Maybe if enough of us band together we can get it changed and it will be an enjoyable place to take our kids.Parking: Parking was packed but it was a Friday night so that has part to play in it.
