Sure wish the Town Center Ogarmacy would update the direction GPS website when they are going to be closed. Drove an hour to get here, direction GPS states they are open till 6pm. The Pharmacy sent me a text yesterday afternoon (Friday) saying my perscriptions are ready for pick-up. Then i get here this morning and they are closed. Real waste of time!

Staff is NOT on the same page for information given out. With the amount of retirees in the area, this needs ANOTHER retooling ! Seems like every 6 months, SOMEBODY thinks they have a GRAND idea to make pharmacy better. WHY ! Find a system and STICK TO IT !

Great service with the new system. Never had to wait over 15 minutes. I used to have to wait 30 minutes or longer, now in and out in very short time

This pharmacy is managed very poorly. There only seems to be 3 of 10 windows running at any given time even though most windows have employees at them. Expect long wait times, I’m currently at two hours.

This is the longest waiting pharmacy ever!!! The new system is just a bad. Use the text option just to have to pull a ticket and wait again. Do yourself a favor get a paper prescription and go somewhere else.

There is absolutely no reason for it to take 3-4 hours to fill a script. Most of the people waiting are elderly and sick and should not have to sit that long. Employees are very slow, no motivation, and only 3 windows out of 10 are open. They could do better if they cared

I'd say 5 stars, except my last interaction dropped it. The prescription was initiated with the new text system, which I love, but she refused my meds due to interactions. I have been on these for years. She was busy, I understand this. But she said she would "leave a note and the Pharmacist would call or I would get a text when it's ready" Lucky me the Pharmacist notice my unimpressed face walking out and spoke to me and fixed the entire issue. As one med was not mine and was urgent. The pharmacy has always been great. This was the only time it wasn't. BUT the pharmacist was great, and I left with all the meds I required.

After prior phone activation of a prescription I didn't have to take a number; just walked right up and stood in line. Next in line was called and it was my turn. I love this new system!Once the activation system can be expedited and digitized I think the system will be so much better.

Have been here for 2 and a half hours. The OIC and NCOIC should be retrained in management. I am a retired SFC and I would never just have 3 out of 10 windows open at any time. Quotas should be put on the employees so they move like they have a purpose. Poor management.

If you’re picking up refills you don’t pull a ticket anymore. You just stand in a very long line (out the door) and wait. I feel very bad for the elderly people and people with chronic illnesses who have to stand this long. It’s miserable for me so I can’t imagine how they must feel. It’s already been over an hour.I also want to say that the staff here have always been very helpful and nice. My review is about the system not the employees who are doing their best.

Excellent new process. If you there for refill just stand in line. If it's a new prescription then it's a bit more due to filling out questions.

Not sure who idea this was on making everyone stand in line including the "elderly" if their medications are ready but it needs to be fixed and returned back to the way it was.

If no star was an option, this place would get it. Wait times are terrible even when it has like 3 people there. Ive literally never had a full interaction when everyone i talked to was nice. Just yesterday this douch call my number, scanned my id and said what are you looking for, like he cant see it on the screen. MF acted like he didn't want to give my the meds i was prescribed by my provider like it was coming from his own personal stuff.

Great place to get meds! But why not open earlier? There's an obvious customer base waiting outside for at least an hour. Your busiest times show morning until early afternoon!
