Went in to refuse a package and return to sender and the rudness was insane! For being on a military base I was surprised! The clerk (black guy) did not want anything to do with taking the package back. I snatched the package back and took to Wilma Rudolph location and dropped in bin with RETURN TO SENDER written on it! The convenience of the base post office isn't worth being treated disrespectfully!

I have a PO Box here and lately anything shipped to my POBox via UPS is “undeliverable”. Does USPS not accept packages from UPS?

my package says delivered and i have not gotten it! i keep getting the run around from Mark but its as if his postal service could do no wrong! it has been stated twice that the carrier has spoken to me when in fact no one has come to my door knocked on it or anything. i have cameras so i know for a fact no one has come to my house! it was a very expensive package and i would appreciate it if i got the package.
i was told multiple times to “go ask my neighbor “ when she would bring it to my house if she got it.

The staff that we’re there on Jan 8th were very professional and friendly. They helped me get my boxes shipped and the lady who handled my paperwork was kind to me.

I came in after work tonigh Dec 9 2024 at 3:45 pm to mail a priority box to my sister in Cali before Christmas and the older tall white male who works up front was not helpful or friendly . In fact acted as if there was a problem and he was highly irritated when I had to ask for assistance requiring a different size priority box. I so badly wanted to ask what his problem with helping me was! He must be a miserable person to talk to me the way he did. Should move him in the back with his attitude and rude personality. Thank goodness a woman who acted like she worked there before stepped right in no hesitation and got me taken care of.

I had a terrible experience at the post office on the military installation today and this has not being the first time. The white male clerk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He seemed annoyed by simple questions and was very dismissive. If he doesn't want to work, he should just stay at home. On a military installation, everyone should be respectful and maintain a good attitude. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes the whole experience unpleasant.

The absolute most friendly and helpful USPS employees I've ever dealt with!! I'm not sure who the negative reviews are in reference to, but the 2 people working on the Saturday that I went in were phenomenal!

I had two very important packages that got misplaced, Mark went above and beyond to help me find it. These were special editions of books and super expensive. I was freaking out, and he took the time to listen and then figured out what the issue was. He then made sure they got put in my mailbox and even went as far to offer to bring them directly to me. I literally can not say enough positive things about him!

Why does this office treat service men and women so poorly? I paid USPS priority shipping and my family still has not received a care package mailed last week .
US postmaster please review this office.
It's a shame family received packages faster in Poland deployed than on a US base .
Fort Campbell needs serious attention.

Rude dealing with international package.
Told me the postal code attached did not exist for Germany, only California, without bothering to look up the actual street address. Kept being sent back in line.
