It just rained like Thursday (12/7)and I still have no Internet. I’ve called no answer. I’ve went to the store no help I’m better off using a different provider because it seems like I don’t get any help or when they tell you the Internet will be at a certain time at a certain date, it doesn’t happen. I still don’t have Internet right now, imagine covering for an entire military base And then falsifying that you’re gonna fix something when it doesn’t get fixed or resolved thank you, Xfinity you’re really supporting military soldiers. Very nice workers. Danielle helped me quickly! They were all on top of their job and very concerned about giving their customers great service from what I noticed. If I could give them a 100/100 I would. Thank you Dani! You're the best

In February 2021, I ended my service. Now it is August 2023, and I am getting letters and phone calls from collections for a bill of $71.41 for April 2021. I asked David/customer service and he stated it was a technical issue with billing. I told him I did everything I was supposed to. I called to end my WiFi in February and I turned in the equipment. The best thing he said he could do was give me $20 off. He didn’t clear the bill. There was no explanation. Basically, I still had to pay a bill that was not my fault. Never using this company again.

The business transactions are always confusing and even the technical support folks don't add or remove services agreed upon and outlined on the contract, strange and stressful. Good luck with this service.

This company has made my life miserable for almost an entire month now!! I work from home and have to have internet to work. I pay $130 a MONTH for high speed internet. For the last month plus it has gone out at least two to three days a week causing me to miss a lot of work. Most were outages in the area but the last two weeks we have had issues even though their site says no outages in the area. This week I worked 3 hours for the entire week because we have had no internet at all during the day. It goes out at 8am and does not come back on until 7:30pm or later. I have spent countless hours on the phone with the regular customer service line and also with the advanced technical support team. I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for the following Monday because that was the soonest they had. They CANCELED my appointment without even telling me. Then I call yesterday, Thursday, and tell them someone HAS to come out asap. The lady tells me there's an opening for today, Friday, between 10am and 12pm. Okay, great! 12pm comes and goes, no technician. I call and this lady says oh, the appointment is actually from 1pm to 3pm today. Okay, so we wait. Here comes 3pm, still nobody. I go to the xfinity assistance to find out the appointment is for MONDAY and not today. I literally have missed an entire week of work and will now most likely be missing Monday as well. That is $600+ they made me lose on my next paycheck because of this crap. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. I am beyond livid. Their customer service is crap. Their phone tree is crap. The whole company is crap. Do not go with this company. Go to literally anywhere else. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

They are very disappointing to say the least. Thank God I’m getting out and leaving the Army. The only reason I’m giving xfinity 2 stars is because their speed is decent with gaming and messaging and such on your phone. But you will have the worst time of your life if you are a sports fan. I pay for ESPN plus and when I first got it during hockey season it was streaming fine. About a week later all of the sudden I can’t watch anything on ESPN and it always has something to do with it going through Xfinity, picture it this way. I am paying for a service that I should be able to watch but my only available internet service I can stream with overrides my ability to access it. Very very disappointing to say the least and it’s a complete headache.

Had internet installed at our mothers house as a gift to her. 3 weeks in roughly 20hrs on the phone and still not connected. Can't even get a shipping label to send their equipment back. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't like leaving any kind of negative reviews but people need to know what they are getting into.

Maybe the reviews wouldn't be so low if I didn't have to sacrifice my first born, say a prayer, and do the customer service dance just to speak to someone who works there instead of dealing with the broken record robot that hasn't helped a single person in the entire lifetime of xfinity. But hey keep doing anything and everything you can, to avoid actually serving the customer.

It's absolutely terrible. They lock you into $140 a month rate, saying it's the best deal you can get. If you try to change, you're not allowed to, due to the rate being increased. If there is an outage, every single department is closed, and the automated system will not allow you to even cancel service. You're better off with a hot spot from a cellular carrier. Absolutely, do not choose this Internet Service Provider (ISP). You will regret it.
