The bank staff is so helpful and friendly. I absolutely love the “secret” late hours on Friday afternoons. Shhh… don’t tell anyone else that the bank is still open 3-5 pm on Fridays!

The branch manager, Ron, abruptly ended the call after requesting information about an issue. Upon investigating further, both he and his colleague claimed it was a system error causing the delay. However, I later discovered this was untrue. As a result, I am still missing $555 with no explanation.

We've been banking here for over 10 years. The customer service provided by Ron, Nicole, and Charlene has been above and beyond the plain standard. Any concerns or questions I've ever had were handled on the spot with a happy to help smile. Even better are the different types of accounts to choose from. There is so much you can do here. I love this bank!

Nicole at this branch is absolutely amazing. She goes above & beyond & is kind/ delivers excellent customer service. I've banked with this bank for some time now and recently my son got his "New Recruit" account here as well. I've never had any issues with them & would recommend.
