We've been banking here for over 10 years. The customer service provided by Ron, Nicole, and Charlene has been above and beyond the plain standard. Any concerns or questions I've ever had were handled on the spot with a happy to help smile. Even better are the different types of accounts to choose from. There is so much you can do here. I love this bank!

Nicole at this branch is absolutely amazing. She goes above & beyond & is kind/ delivers excellent customer service. I've banked with this bank for some time now and recently my son got his "New Recruit" account here as well. I've never had any issues with them & would recommend.

Probably the worst bank I've had to use,they're never available,they send you cards that probably will never come or won't work when you receive them,it's like dealing with actual army.

If I could give this bank a negative star than I would. I am closing on my home and called the service number. The floor manager said that they could not wire my own money to the closing attorney because they can only wire the money to the mortgage company. I have explained to them 4 times that the state of Georgia has closing attorneys for all of their home purchases but they continue to say that this is a third party. As soon as I am finished with this transaction, I will close my account. On top of this, I asked for the address to write the board of the directors and the floor manager said that it would do no good because the board is too busy for things like this. I have been with this bank for 19 years. Actually since I signed into Basic at Fort Knox, they have moved completely in the wrong direction and is not a bank for soldiers at all.

I have tried my best to give this bank understanding. However out of the several other banks I do business with, this one just seems to do every single thing the hard way. Now they have lost money of mine, I get locked out my account. This bank makes you change your password to unrealistic letters and numbers. It is the only bank on this planet with all the rules and guidelines yet has very poor service. This is bank has just proven time and time again it does not deserve my service at all. I will be closing my account today and that’s if they find my money first!

I was added to my husband’s account three years ago when we got married, and I have been appalled at their service ever since.Just this month, I called on 10/3 and spoke with a manager about how my debit card chip was malfunctioning. She said she’d send a new debit card within 7-10 business days, but it never showed up when she said it would. Called again on 10/16 and they told me I now have to wait another 7-10 business days to get the new one since the old one was never sent. Meanwhile, they disabled my current one without telling me and somehow expect me to not have one for another two weeks??In the past they also wouldn’t issue us a refund for a credit card payment when we accidentally paid twice, even with a POA while my husband is deployed in a different time zone. He’s not exactly able to just drop what he’s doing and call the bank where he’s at. Even when he did try to call, they gave him the runaround and he was never able to obtain the refund.I’ve also called them this month to inform them of a large payment I was about to make, but the payment still didn’t go through even though the rep told me there shouldn’t be a wait time.Armed Forces Bank is NOT military friendly (especially during deployments), doesn’t follow through, is not timely, doesn't recognize POAs, and doesn’t have any locations nearby nor are they easily accessible when you need them. Their customer service center is also very rude and difficult to deal with. We will be taking our business elsewhere ASAP.

WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!i have had them for 3 years now and have hated it the whole time. its crazy ever time i log in i get logged out it took almost an hour to get a new password. i also told them to sign me up for overdraft protection and they NEVER did

Their call center is horrible...I've sat on hold for nearly a hour every time I try to get a hold of them for my information. It's too much to deal with if you're busy
