“I went during CST (busiest time for them) and BC I was cadre I went there multiple times with the cadets. EVERY time I went they went out of their way to help us. Super helpful but be forewarned. They will not tolerate dirty or wet items. I mean the items have to be spotless!!!! But to be fair I would want it spotless when u signed for them so I get it”

“I’m stationed remote and not near an active installation. I showed up and explained I was in need of getting my pink and greens. One of the reps grabbed a cart and took me to the uniform and helped select what I needed and what size I was. Best customer service experience ever. When I tried going to a National Guard Clothing Sales and asked about the pink and greens they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about! The Customer service here at Knox is
