Stayed at Craig apartments and froze for my entire stay. Was provided with a space heater that died after two nights and had to request additional bedding to keep from freezing. The apartments are dimly lit, the window coverings are coated in dust, and the water pressure was barely sufficient to rinse my hair. Limited cleaning/housekeeping aside from fresh towels during my 10+ day stay and I had to buy an air freshener to neutralize the stale odor that greeted me when I checked in. The location is the only redeeming feature of this lodging.

Great service staff, rooms are nice with a mini range,fridge and microwave. A/C held through the 99 degree days of heat index of 110 115. Rooms are clean, water pressure was excellent on the 3rd floor. TV with lots of channels and built in desk.

We've stayed at hotels from northern NY to Nashville this trip and this one is the most inexpensive but by far the nicest! Room amenities, most comfortable bed, air unit, you name it and it was better here.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed in. Very clean, smelled great, the bed was super comfortable. And the staff was the icing on the cake. Josh welcomed me and made me feel like I was at home. The great customer service continued with the cleaning, breakfast and check out staff!! I will definitely be back!

I'm sure its a great hotel like most IHGs. I have just had zero luck getting a room during my visits to the base. Its always seems to be booked.

Craig apartments are clean and well maintained. They are spacious and offer free laundry appliances for those staying extended periods. Breakfast is offered but you must travel to the main hotel.

Very comfortable and relaxing especially if doing a PCS across country like I am. Staff have me excellent instructions on how to get on my as one of the base's gates were close late night. Check in was easy and fast.
