The Professor for the HIM class is not flexible in regards to Military or Medical issues that may occur. As service members the mission comes first and of course your health. I have not had issues with other classes until this one. Military members should have a bit more flexibility regarding ability to submit work late not just recieve a zero.

My experience with Sullivan University in Ft. Knox, went downhill after I was excepted into the Ph.D program. As US Air Force veteran, I was blown away how an organization that is affiliated with a military installation treated me and my educational goals. It’s all about money for Sullivan University.Just as Covid19 hit hard I was doing well with my online Ph.D classes. After returning to courses, I was put into a statistics course that I struggled with. I was unable to seek one on one tutoring, use the library or visit the University resources due to the pandemic. I had very little experience with statistics and really struggled to keep up. The instructor gave us inaccurate information on the book we needed which delayed me a weeks time as well. The book I needed was late to arrive again, due to the pandemic. I reached out to my Advisor and explained my situation. She gave me two options, work with the instructor or withdraw. The help I needed could not be done in an online open forum with 6 to 10 other students with their questions and comments. I ended up withdrawing to not receive a failing grade. A month later I received a bill for $3500. I called and made arrangements to pay the amount owed for the withdrawal. I received paperwork via mail confirming the arrangements. Two days later the financial office started calling me daily asking for immediate payment. I explained my prior arrangement and the rep said, “I know but we can call you everyday if we want to seek payment”. What????? I politely explained my prior arrangement again and asked her to stop calling unless I missed my scheduled payments. Why would they want to do that? It’s a very stressful time financially and mentally. I reached out to them and now they harassing me. They have Bad business practices, bad customer service, and a bad attitude toward its students. This is just one incident I encountered.I would not recommend this University. They failed me in more ways than one.

This is one of the los professional institutions I have the opportunity to be involve. As an student the experience has been A1. The staff has show nothing more than professionalism and real concern for students needs. The professors are super engage in the improvement of the student. This is a great institution.

Very convenient location for individuals who work. Small classroom atmosphere allows instructor to interact with everyone in class.

The campus is great but the online side of the school has many errors and falsely drops students. If you could just take classes in the classroom then I would recommend it but otherwise I would try to stay away from taking any classes online.
